“Leaving a review as a former employee from 2017 - this is the only school that I would send my daughter to out of the 3 that I worked at back then! Mountainside was a fantastic place. They really cared about the kids. We were always outside with them when it was nice out. The curriculum and structure of the day was great. We did lots of water activities, music time, and crafts. When there were issues with behavior, it was handled in a very gentle and parent-informed way. That’s why I would trust this place with my own daughter now. Definitely a great choice for childcare!”

“My son went here for after school and my daughter is going here for the last year. I am happy the teachers are very loving and patient. My daughter has had bad bouts of separation anxiety and they handled it really well. Yes there has been some staff changes but in a Covid world I am unsure how anyone would not, its a tougher world now.”

The teachers are caring, engaging, and attentive to each child’s needs. The school is always clean, organized, and filled with positive energy. “Our infant son attended BH at the Highlands from 9 to 11 months old, and we had such a positive experience during our time there! The teachers were incredibly kind and caring—he was always so excited to arrive each morning and just as happy at pick-up.

We really appreciated the frequent updates throughout the day, and any incidents (like a tumble) were communicated promptly and with care. It truly felt like an extension of our home.

We would have loved to stay longer if tuition hadn’t been quite so steep, but overall, we’d highly recommend this daycare if it’s within your budget!”

“My son started in the middle of the Pandemic. The staff here are very responsive and take all precautions, we feel this is a safe place for my child to go. My son enjoys his day and asks to come on the weekend. Many thanks to all the staff and would recommend this place to all my friends.”

“We absolutely LOVE this Bright Horizons! We were extremely picky when it came to choosing a school for our son and he has been thriving. He has been there since he was 2.5 and is now almost 4. He adores all of his teachers. Ms Leslie, Ms Jamyn and Ms Gloria are the best and so kind. We originally started out with 3 days a week and moved to full time because every day he would come home and say how much he loved school.

We feel like he’s going to be so well prepared for kindergarten and can’t wait to have our other son go here. I’m unsure about the other negative reviews but we have had nothing but a positive experience! I don’t typically write reviews but I felt the need to share our amazing experience and combat some of the past negativity (it seems like Ms Stacey and Ms Becky have worked really hard to create a more positive and professional environment)”
