I love Starbucks and I would shop here more often if they stocked Decaf Expresso. Others have experienced the store being closed but I have never experienced that. I always shop in the morning.

I love Starbucks but every time I come here they either are closing early or closed at the most random times. Makes no sense. I just want my latte ?? today they are closed at four for a meeting which I understand but you guys already close super early as it is so.

I usually have no complaints for the Starbucks inside Fred Meyer.\ Yet..the batista needs to retake the test for her health card.\ While making our coffees she picked something off of the floor and without washing her hands made our coffee then put the coffee lids on.\ Fred Meyer from other areas were in line not wearing masks or staying six feet apart which is the rule again. Really?\ I won't be back to that Starbucks or Fred Meyer and might start going to their completion if the batistas/staff don't follow hygienic measures during the pandemic.?

The barista needs some training on how to make americano and vanilla latte. It was the worst coffee we ever had. It was watered down and tasted awful. We had to toss it. What a waste of money ?

Actually the worst. We were in the drive thru with no one behind us, next in line to order, and some lady who worked there shows up and says the line is "too long" (a. It was in a parking lot so we weren't blocking a street, b. We were in the line like not hanging out at all - there literally TWO cars including us in line!!) and she basically just said we couldn't go through and order and then when we asked why, all she responded with was "okay bye". It was just rude and annoying. 0/10 would not recommend.

There is not 0 start so I add one I was here waiting for about 10 minutes just to place an order and the girl who was making the drinks has no gloves on and pick one cube of ice and put them in the cup and I decide to not order anything after she told me they were out in caramel and she try to make my caramel frape with out caramel

Favorite Starbucks in Issaquah! Will go out of my way to come here (and I'm not the only one) because the drinks are consistently the best. Friendly baristas even when they're in the zone during peak hours. Machines always calibrated to the perfect pour. No watery americanos here, even for decaf!

This Starbucks is slow. This is probably due to the fact that it's in a heavily trafficked area, but that's really no excuse. If it weren't for its location, I would probably never come here (and to be honest, I prefer going to the one on Gilman or sometimes even the one inside Fred Meyer). The drive-thru line is always backed up and sticking out of the lane, there are always people waiting around for drinks to be made....even mobile ordering doesn't seem to help. For the volume they do, there just simply aren't enough espresso machines and baristas available. The employees are nice enough though. I've had to ask for a few drinks to be re-made and they haven't seem annoyed, but why not make it right the first time? This would certainly help speed up their processes.

I love this starbucks. I go to this location everyday (sometimes twice a day) and I am happy every single time. The same employee who is there working cashier everyday at around 3-4pm greets me by my name and it makes my day. They really take their time to please the customer and they even know my order. This starbucks also makes amazing drinks (better than any issaquah locations). I love this place and going here makes my day.

Never have I had to wait 30 minutes for 1 simple hot chocolate in Starbucks and having 10 people working. I was late to my job.... ridiculous never again.

Slow slow slow! The drive through is terribly slow, takes 20 min just to get through! There's an older gentleman that speaks to customers in a rude manner so I avoid going inside.

These guys do a good job at getting 1 Star reviews. 20 minute wait in drive through line. Drink is not even right and effed up and you call and try to talk to someone and no one answers the phone.....big surprise!
