Swedish Pediatrics - Meadow Creek is a clinic that provides expert diagnosis and treatment, connecting patients to the wider Swedish network of hospitals and specialty care physicians. The doctors are noted for being amazing, caring, thoughtful, persuasive, intuitive, and very clinical, quickly getting to the root cause of issues. One doctor is highlighted for a wonderful bedside manner and for being gentle, patient, and informative, ensuring a sensitive child is understood. Nurses are also praised as being kind, patient, and amazing. The staff is generally professional and helpful, and the process from making an appointment to the visit is very pleasant with everyone being so nice. However, there are consistent criticisms that the front desk staff can be arrogant and very rude, with one specific incident outside the clinic described as lacking humanity. Despite this feedback on the front office, the medical care from the doctors and nurses receives strong recommendations.
Dr. Jena is wonderful. All 4 of my children have been seeing her for years. I highly recommend this office.

We love Dr. Heigle, my daughter has been a patron at Meadow Creek since birth ( she is now 15yrs old), we have had the best of care the doctors are always engaging and showing care and compassion when needed. Dr. Heigle always has a genuine smile to greet you. I highly recommend you bring your family, your in good hands.

I've been coming here for 8 years now, and I've never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are great. Rooms are clean, and the nurses are fast with shots, which is a plus with nervous kiddos. Look forward to many more years here.
