T-Mobile doesn't confirm the ownership of emails. So you can give any email and they will hit the poor sap with emails. No way to unsubscribe. And no way for the poor sap to fix this.Update: I replied the same day to the store via email. They never got back to me.

Had exceptional experience with getting new lines added. Dustin W was phenomenal and worked hard to make the experience best for us . Even after store closing we had to stay for one more hour for data transfer and all. He was able to take care of all and made sure that we understand everything, got everything covered .

Changing my review for five stars to one star because RJ signed me up for nonexistent promotions and now I’m holding the bill for about 1000 bucks. I was told management would call me back and nobody has called. I’m being forced to escalate and I’ve literally made about 15 phone calls in the past two weeks about this. My stomach is in my feet.

I really don't think I can recommend T Mobile anymore which makes me really sad. We were using Metro PCS and the service was horrible. So when we saw a T Mobile promotion at Costco we thought we would give it a try. At first everything seem to go so smoothly. We had coverage in Canada and Mexico which was what we needed. In addition, the sales person assured us our bill would always be the same unless we made international calls that were not covered. No prob. The next bill was not what it should be but I paid it thinking it was something leftover from start up. Turns out that the phone that was "free" in our promotion was actually $12.00 over the promotion limit. So instead of catching that, they just billed me. I went to the Issaquah store and the manager said he would credit that since it was their error in the first place. Great. Except he didn't credit it. So another trip to the store where they said they would have the manager get in touch. He didn't. On top of that, the sales agent, Aubrey, was so rude that I really think HR needs to send her to re-training. Ridiculous.In the midst of that mess, we went on a cruise and found out that T Mobile doesn't have coverage in Alaska. Alaska, USA. That's right. We were charged roaming while in the towns of Sitka and Juneau. Horrified at the bill I called T Mobile. They understood the confusion and said they would credit the roaming charges this time only. Ok, thanks.Is there a GOOD reason they don't buy time with the towers in Alaska? Certainly not because they cannot afford it. They are a multi-billion dollar company.Really stupid policy that is another unnecessary headache for customers.Unfortunately, I think we will need to find a new carrier.

This store has to be the worst store in T-Mobile system. They sold me protection coverage for my apple watch screen protector and when I came to have it replaced they denied that they covered the screen protector. Refused to look up my account to verify. I immediately contacted Customer Service and Customer Service confirmed I have coverage. This is the third time I have had to go to Customer Service to correct this stores errors. When will I learn to just go to a different store.So frustrated. And unhappy!!!!

So I lost my phone in T-Mobile stadium park and it took a walk all the way down to tacoma and back to issaquah before it landed at t mobile in issaquah. This is where the absolute unit of a guy named dustin working there intercepted my phone. This legend hold my infornation and verified it almost instantly over the phone when I called in saying he just completed the verification. You told me when I can come in and get my phone and now that me and my phone are reunited. We can drive off into the sunset all thanks to Dusty the legend that stays at T-Mobile in issaquah.

As far as wireless stores go and the sell first training they undergo, I was more than happy with the customer service I received. All the employees I have dealt with were nothing but helpful and felt no pressure to buy or upgrade.This T-Mobile location is prime with being right off the freeway in Issaquah.I would definitely recommend this location as well as T-Mobile as a company. Have been with them for 10+ years and I feel as if I am treated as a valued member of their ever growing customer base.5 Stars all around.

We walked in to pick up our TMobile Tuesday freebie and were served almost as soon as we walked in the door. As usual they were super busy but a gentleman on the phone doing business asked us and others who'd just walked in if they were here for their gift and motioned us too come over and grab it. We had the opposite experience in Arizona in February where they had to take our name and make us wait.
