My hair dryer died this morning. So this evening After dining out, I went to Targets for a replacement. Target had at least 10 different ones to choose from. While browsing, I came across a pepper spray that can Velcro to your wrist. I bought, not only to chase away those undesirable individuals who have been targeting senior citizens. It should also come in handy when & if a bear catches you off guard. YES, bears are roaming our streets again. They have come out of hibernation! Store wasn't too crowded this afternoon, and you didn't have to search too long if you were looking for an associate to answer a question Store is maintained well and my cashier associate was very cordial and efficient

I love this target! Their shelves are always well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the layout of the store is easy to maneuver. In my opinion this is the best target in the wider Seattle area

Karen, an older lady who is almost always at customer service, is so rude. It's like I'm asking her for something for free when I go for my things. The first time I had an experience with her, I thought she was just having a bad day, but then I realized she's actually very bitter and rude.

Out of all the Targets I’ve been to this is my least favorite.Everything is locked up, went to buy new face wash, had to wait for an employee, then they had to stand there while I read the bottles. Went to buy laundry detergent and it was locked too. Didn’t want to wait again, so put the face wash down, walked to Sephora to buy face wash then Safeway to buy laundry detergent. Which took less time.I’ve become so annoyed with what’s locked up, I’m just buying stuff on Grove/Amazon. Then when I want a Target exclusive item I wait until I need to go to Bellevue/Gig Harbor. The bathrooms are always disgusting. Bins always piled up high and over-flowing on the floor, so people start making trash piles on the floor. What looks like poo and period blood isn’t an unusual site on floors/walls.The bathrooms are pretty clean at other Targets, I don’t understand.

I ordered a Christmas gift on line for $64.34 which I needed to return to the Target store. When I took it in to return it, I was refunded only $54.34, and told that there was a $10 promotional gift card that had been emailed to me when I made the online order and that that amount was withheld from my refund. I told the service person that I didn't want the gift card, that I had not been aware that the "promotional" card was one I would be charged for if I returned to item I ordered. I told the service person I was very unhappy with this deceptive practice and shocked that Target would be so deceptive and not provide a full refund. She said I should have known that when I made the online order, but could not show me anything from my order that said I could not get a full refund. I told her that I would not be shopping at Target again, and will let my friends and family know of this deceptive practice on behalf of your company. I'm shocked that Target is willing to lose a customer over $10! When I called the general Target Customer Service number I was told the same thing. Finally, after 20 minutes of arguing with me, the Cust. Service rep. offered me an additional $10 gift card, which I accepted as my only recourse. I will not be shopping at Target again! I thought you had a good reputation and were a valuable community business; I don't think this any longer!

terrible customer service and management, this location is just a hot mess. avoid avoid avoid.their order pickup system went down (again) this weekend. couldn’t contact the store through a single department - no one’s answering any phones. called corporate customer service, and they tried contacting the store multiple times but even they could not reach anyone. corporate was extremely apologetic that there was nothing to do but cancel my order and place a new one elsewhere. (corporate customer service was much nicer & actually effective compared to store customer service, but it still was a waste of nearly an hour on the phone trying to just get my groceries.)if no one in store is answering calls, even from corporate themselves, who is running the place?this comes after a year of increasingly poor experiences here. if you purchase groceries through the app, DO NOT purchase produce - they will give you the WORST that the store has to offer. and their customer service desk couldn’t care less when I’ve tried to address this. all I’ve ever got for my concerns were rolled eyes and store credit in return for my blackened bananas.I know staffing is bad everywhere and can be patient with the long wait times. but there’s no excuse for the “don’t give af” attitude from staff and general disregard for mobile order customers (many of whom are disabled or immunocompromised).I usually love target and appreciate their standards at other stores, but have given up on this location.I still don’t understand how even corporate couldn’t make contact with anyone in the store, neither this morning or evening. if that doesn’t show there’s something really wrong with how the store is being run…

Went in to pick up an item and the cashier didn't know what he was doing. Went to customer service for help and explained the issue. It was like talking to deaf ears. The guy, who I can tell was a manger, completely ignored me. I As if he heard my feedback. He said yes so obvious he chose to ignore me and not respond. Very arrogant attitude.

Got groceries thru mobile order and store pickup option, this is me first time trying this option, so haven’t checked groceries when picked up. Once home, every produce item is old, rotten and other veggies in pool of smelly rotten juice from tomatoes. Is the person picking up groceries for store pickup trained to pick old rotten leftover produce?? I went back and complained about this in customer service and they don’t want to take any of that back and don’t want to refund in the payment method i used for my order, instead they gave me a store only giftcard that says customer didn’t produce the receipt. Something shady is happening in this target and never buy groceries from here again

Rather than solving the problem of everyone stealing stuff by paying their employees a living wage and actually staffing the store, they’ve locked everything in cabinets so you have to wait for an employee to unlock your products for you. Lots of other stores sell goods and don’t do this so I’d definitely go there first.

Dear target,If you want to lock up the underwear socks and face wash I’ll just get it off Amazon then I won’t have to pay for a bag either thanks.

All of the laundry detergent is locked in glass cabinets. Waiting on an associate for something that is too big to easily steal is ridiculous. Does Issaquah really have a problem with laundry detergent theft? And they locked it all up, not just the pods.I’d rather pay a little more next door at Safeway than wait for detergent.
