Service was quick and easy! The front desk person was very nice. I would definitely rent a u-haul from this facility again.

Horrible service. The person on the phone was very rude. I was trying to get information about the truck towing gear and the lady said "I don't have the truck in front of me. I don't know". It certainly needs to improve customer service.

$300 for 45 miles on 10’ box truck. We were charged for an additional 9 gallons of gas, which customer service have claimed was siphoning of gas after our return. Our return wasn’t closed properly, electronically at the time, so we were charge $20 for that, plus $60 in gas. $20 for 10 moving blankets, half of which were still unopened and sealed in their bag. $20 late drop-off fee. These are all in the fine print and Uhaul can’t wait to gouge you on price. We left the truck cleaner than received and at the requested gas level. Expecting a $200 rental after refuel and fees, we hit $300. Never again.Edit: After our third message to customer service, they refunded our double charges for insurance, blankets, and daily rental. We still got screwed on the fuel issue, though, so 2/5 stars

Super rude staff. We called to ask for directions because it’s very poorly advertised of where things are and where to even go… The guy on the phone said something along the lines of “it’s on ____ st… like it’s says in the address” and was so rude. We weren’t trying to be stupid.

I was very impressed by the efficient, and pleasant help I received at this Issaquah Highlands U-Haul. Three people helped me at different points of a stressful move and their professionalism combined with warmth made a big difference, and I really appreciate it. The stellar customer service award (in my mind, anyway!) goes to Navia, Amberly, and McKenzie. Thanks to them, and to U-Haul.

Navia deserves far more the 5 stars! Moving is beyond stressful and by the time I left her store I had a smile on my face and was in a great mood! I definitely recommend the Issaquah highlands store. I cant say enough about how amazingly helpful she was!!!

Total BS. Had a reservation for 5:30 AM. After an hour on the phone with customer service, I find out they key was never left in the drop box. I wouldn't recommend, at all.

Took an hour to get the truck. I was told it was a system issue. Lesson: use the online pickup.
