Pretty slow service. Chronically understaffed. Should have a separate notary to prevent simple shipping services from taking 30 minutes while waiting for lengthy notary processing.

Folks there don’t understand the difference between liquid and flammable. I’ve tried to ship an oil sample that i have already shipped with then few times and they redirected me to some central facility. That thing is as flammable as any paper or shipping carton.“Even though motor oil isn't flammable, it is combustible. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), it isn't a flammable liquid. To be considered one, it has to ignite at 200° Fahrenheit; oil ignites at 300°-400° Fahrenheit. It only means that motor oil requires higher temperatures to burn”

Very rude employees. I wanted to take some photo prints, for photos taken from other ups store. I was rudely told they can only take prints from their own cameras.Apparently The very very special store has some very strict store policies that doesn’t apply to ups customers. Help yourself and Go to the fedex across the street.

This place is always ridiculously crowded and the employees are pathologically rude. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes to the next office in Highlands or Klahanie, both of which are much friendlier.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I told them I had a baby in the car and they insisted I scan in the packages even though they already had a label on them. I have never had to do that at a UPS store. I will never take my business there anymore.

Absolutely terrible service! I was trying to return an Amazon package and the man wouldn't help me. Basically just told me to go away.

smaller shop, but with very efficient service, and professional and nice staff running it.Expect longer wait times at peak hours. Recently installed self drop off makes the experience smoother.

How do you get negative reviews as a UPS store? The customer service here is non existent.Told me I can't return a package even though it was all taped up in a box ready to go. What a shame man. If you don't want to work then stay home.Already reported the incident plus many more to corporate UPS and also filed a report with Amazon.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I didn’t check reviews because….. I didn’t think it mattered, but I guess it does and I am not the only one to notice. There were 3 people in line when I came in. I went straight to the self serve Amazon return drop off kiosk. I was pulling up the return code on my phone when the guy came over and put his hand in front of my phone and hit cancel on the kiosk screen. He spoke in very broken English and I thought he was telling me to scan the product instead of the return code (which doesn’t make sense). He kept pointing to my phone and saying no. He then went to the front of the line and tried getting that person to use the kiosk. The customer said no and explained that they didn’t want to use the kiosk. The same thing with the 2nd in line. The 3rd gal hesitantly agreed and he helped her to use the kiosk. Now it was my turn and he reached for my phone. I said “i need to pull it up. But you told me not to!” He said “no! You cut in line.” I laughed and exasperatedly said “those people were in line to see a REPRESENTATIVE. They needed help. I don’t need help. I came to the SELF SERVE station for a reason. Go help someone else. I got this.” He stormed away.Fast forward 3 minutes later. Huge line out the door, woman walks in to the kiosk. The dude does not say one word to her.I will never return to this location and will go out of my way to go somewhere else.

First time here for Amazon return with no packaging and quite impressed. I was helped right away without asking. The process is very easy. You just have to scan a qr code at the kiosk on the left hand, follow the instruction, put an item in a provided bag, and drop it off on the counter at the opposite side. I spent less than 1 minute.

Beyond disappointed and disgusted at UPS’s inability to perform the service we trust and pay them for. My first-time shipping to my child away at college and the package makes it to a hub with no further updates. UPS requires me to speak to the UPS store I shipped it out of, where I am told they must file a claim with UPS and wait. The UPS store “cannot” call the hub where it shows the package to be. I receive a call back informing me the package is lost with no regards to the importance or cost of the contents. No explanation to all of my questions, no one who I can speak with that has any authority to help me or make it right. It’s unfortunate that this is what the business has come to, a complete lack of customer service or care for people’s trust in shipping personal, sentimental belongings with their company. I am at a complete loss… most definitely spreading the word so people don’t entrust their shipments with UPS.

As soon as I walked in the door, a man behind the counter started shouting "KIOSK! KIOSK!" and pointing across the room. I tried to engage in conversation to let him know what services I needed, and he started shouting louder. Through extremely rude, one-worded answers, I was finally able to ship a package.I will never return to this location.
