They answered the phone, they told me I could email my labels to them since I don’t have a printer, they were cooperative, they help me get my package finished wrapping, highly recommend.

I have been using this location for nearly 5 years and I could say without a doubt while every company in business has ups and downs. These guys work really hard to ensure that service they provide is outstanding. For those of you complaining get over it and go somewhere else..

I returned their 5 packages from Amazon they all got missed up and Amazon charged me for all the 5 packages because they mixed up the boxes or whatever they did, will never go back although it’s only 5 mins away from my home, also the teenager working there was really rude to me and when I looked to his boss for any kind of support while carrying the 5 boxes he support him.

Last time I shipped a usb drive from here to Southern California it was only $8 with tracking info. This time I was shipping just 1 trading card in a plastic case to Port Orchard Washington 60 miles away and they charged me almost double, $15.09. I asked the employee if there was a cheaper method but he didn’t know and had to ask another co-worker and she didn’t know and because there was customers behind me I just said forget it I’ll pay the $15.09.

I stopped by this UPS location today for a passport photo and made sure to got there before they closed at 5pm. I got there with plenty of time to spare at 4:07pm. There was no one in the store but me. I asked to get a passport photo. The young man proceeded to grab what looked like a camera and pulled a memory card out of a laptop and then surprisingly seemed to change course and tell me that the app they use for passport photos "stops working at 4pm". It made absolutely no sense and was obvious he just didn't want to help me. I usually don't leave reviews but I've never had someone blatantly choose not to do their job in such an indifferent and disrespectful way.

I would leave 0 stars if I could, one of the young guys seemed irritable and annoyed by my presence. I will be going to a different ups from now on.

Unfortunately, every time I have been inside to drop off a package the person helping is consistently rude, impatient, and condescending. Since the store is independently owned, I recommend training staff in common curtesy when working with the public.
