Horrible rude lady wasn't much help. Kept telling me to call is bank when I was already at the bank This place needs more staff too. So glad I use a credit union most of the time This commercial bank needs help

While the branch itself doesn't get a 5 star, when we called and tried to connect to someone there, it hung up on us twice, Josh the branch manager is awesome. I've had 2 separate experiences with him and both times he was great. He is witty, informative, helpful and kind. He makes the experience worth it. We'll be back because of Josh.

Horrible service - I asked for an international transfer to be made at this bank location on January 17th and still, 23 days later, no sign of the money arriving at its destination. I understand wire transfers can take some time, but 23 days is too much, when I ask the branch manager Josh for help, he is either not available, not picking up the branch phone, or as it was the latest time, he was in a conference and had me waiting for 30 min in my lunch time to which I had to leave as I could not wait longer. Customer Service and help at this branch is non existent.

As much as I love this bank almost been with them all my life, I never really had any issues and they are usually very accommodating, but this one event that happened here needs to be documented for future. My atm card got eaten up at the machine and I had to go inside to order a new card, I was very thorough in asking for only 1 card to get replaced and under which specific account... I get my replacement card in the mail, and activate it, then I get 2 more cards sent to me which I did not activate due to the fact I thought they sent me extra by mistake, but instead turned out they ordered new cards for ALL of my accounts I had with them, which 2 are connected to automatic bill payment and the other was my investing account, both which I did not ask for a replacement card. When I called they said this action was done at a later date which I did not authorize nor wanted all my bills to be delinquent because they disconnected my original card I had on file and literally all my bills had fees now because I did not catch this until a couple months later. When I called the branch the Asian lady with a thick accent did not understand the issue or problem I was having and kept repeating herself, over and over again about how I have to wait for the card and I can get a temporary when I specifically told her I already got the temporary card, and I also have the replacement. If only she actually asked for my account and opened my file she would be able to see that, rather than sounding like a broken record repeating the same sentence over and over. & transferring me to someone who actually could help. Now I have had to pay over couple hundred dollars worth of fees due to this inconvenience and worst part, the person who changed my account card info without my permission doesn't get penalized but I the customer who didn't ask for new cards on my accounts and had to untruck the trucked up situation that somebody on their end did to my account. This is the only instance I've had with this bank and I'm honestly shocked at the end result of it and now my credit is affected too because of this persons action on my account. If they offered to pay for the charges and fees and took responsibility for their employees mistakes and actions I probably would still feel some type of way because you affected my line of credit which is our life line. That I cannot forgive.

Customer service at this location is very lacking. We had an appointment and arrived on time and waited over 15 before another customer came in. Finally when josh finder was available he apologized he was double booked and asked to help the customer that had walked in right before he was available. I politely gave him the feedback that it would have been nice to ask who has been waiting longer. He basically blew me off and reacted defensively. My husband warned me prior to the appointment we should run errands as the guy we are seeing is consistently late. I wanted to ensure we were on time. I guess I should not have. I have been with usbank for 30 years and their customer service needs an overhaul.

Being someone that deals with people from all walks of life, and actually successfully manages multiple stores, customer service and suggestive selling are key. I did not get a greeting, was pushed off to take my check and go elsewhere. I could of opened an account or a credit card or by all means started a very beneficial relationship for myself and US Bank. But now, being the woman that always pushes customer service as the driving force to my employees, friends and basically the 10k people who follow me on my several different social media platforms, we both will never know what the future held for us now US Bank. If your clerks cannot look past the fact that I was there 20 minutes to closing, or the fact that I have blue hair? I cannot even begin to understand why, even if it ended up being just a check fee, why you wouldn't want your business to make every possible dollar. I am so disappointed.

I have used US bank since I've opened a checking account and couldn't be more pleased to find the Issaquah location as friendly and helpful as they are! I've been to other branches and nothing compares to the professional and timely in and out with a smile like here. Carlene, Cheyanne, Bonnie and Denise are all absolutely amazing and would recommend for anyone to stop by and use them as your bank. Thank you

Honestly I would avoid the blonde bank teller girl at all costs. Very rude and does not know how to treat or speak to customers. Thankfully Tina helped me after the rude remarks from the other girl. Tina was fantastic!

Us bank as a company is tired. Their customer service over the phone is terrible. If your card gets flagged for fraus they just suspend your card without notice. I was at Costco and I couldn't pay because of "fraud protection". The day I closed my accounts made my year. When i was in vacation they hit me with $500 of bogus fees. DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK!!!!

I had some financial misunderstandings that resulted in me calling this branch a couple of times this week, and the staff there made my experience so much better than it could have been. Initially I had my gloves on, ready to argue my point, but my first interaction with Jessica erased my stress and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. My second call in, I talked to Josh, who not only went above and beyond to solve my problem and answer my questions, but whose bright attitude and genuine helpfulness left me in a great mood for the entire day! The impact that these two had on me was significant and I'm very grateful for their eagerness to help. I've always received great service at this branch - thank you so much!

Love the Issaquah Branch! I have been going there for 3 years. I absolutely love the staff and have never had issues. They have gone above and beyond for me in many transactions. They even have toys and lollipops for my kids in the lobby. Needless to say my kids would give it a great review too.
