Feeling frustrated by a wasted trip to this location. Despite there being 5 employees within eyesight, in 10 min of being there I was not helped. Ended up leaving. For how much money I hold with US Bank I am very disappointed.

Horrible rude lady wasn't much help. Kept telling me to call is bank when I was already at the bank This place needs more staff too. So glad I use a credit union most of the time This commercial bank needs help

Tried calling this location for thirty minutes and not once did they answer the phone. Avoid this location if you can or make an appointment online because they do not answer the phone.

Great experience- arrived at 9:20 and was the only customer in the bank. Interior of the bank is modern and lovely. Bank employees were a pleasure to bank with. Was done getting a cashier check in about 10 minutes. No apt needed. Great experience!

Just tried to get open a business account and was told they needed 45 minutes to do it at 4:23. God forbid they have to stay at work for an additional 8 minutes

While the branch itself doesn't get a 5 star, when we called and tried to connect to someone there, it hung up on us twice, Josh the branch manager is awesome. I've had 2 separate experiences with him and both times he was great. He is witty, informative, helpful and kind. He makes the experience worth it. We'll be back because of Josh.

I recently had an insurance claim on my home and need to get US Bank to endorse the payment from insurance. I've tried calling their main customer service line, and after navigating the phone tree for close to 10 minutes, it hung up on me. I tried reaching out to the Issaquah branch by phone and no one picked up, but I left a message. No one called me back. I tried scheduling a call, no one called me at the scheduled time. The next thing I will have to do is take time off work to go in in-person and hope that someone will help me at the physical location. This is insane, I can't get a hold of anyone short of walking through the doors.

Horrible service - I asked for an international transfer to be made at this bank location on January 17th and still, 23 days later, no sign of the money arriving at its destination. I understand wire transfers can take some time, but 23 days is too much, when I ask the branch manager Josh for help, he is either not available, not picking up the branch phone, or as it was the latest time, he was in a conference and had me waiting for 30 min in my lunch time to which I had to leave as I could not wait longer. Customer Service and help at this branch is non existent.

I’ve about had it with Us Bank, I went into the samamish branch and they put a hold on my account until my check deposited. The teller(Forest) at the Samamish Branch never told me I had to come back to that branch and he had to be the one to take the hold off and that he will be on vacation. So I go into this location today and I stay there for like 20-30 minutes while they called someone in the samamish branch and asked them how to remove the hold. Cheyenne at this branch told me they were able to remove the hold finally and she has to leave because they were technically closed, so I leave the bank and they lock the doors and the bank is closed til Tuesday I call the 800 number there’s nothing they can do and the hold hasn’t been removed. Now I’m here on a holiday weekend, no money, stranded mind you I even called the 800 number this morning 5 minutes before I headed to the bank and still wasn’t told I have to go to the same branch or have the same person remove the hold. This is my first time ever dealing with a hold I was told a few days by the 800 number to have a branch put it on my account I didn’t even know it was a thing, I’m beyond furious I want to cry!!
