Bless them, as they have very limited staff. One person working and the wait was over 40 minutes. They are out of address change forms and have limited supplies and resources. But they were friendly and doing the best with the resources available.

Very poor customer service by this USPS store.USPS need to hire some one who can work quickly and having patience. People work here does not have any respect to customers.

This place is always busy, so I know to expect a wait, but today there was only 1 person at the counter, and after waiting 30 minutes, the worker couldn't help me with my business EDDM so I had to wait 10 more minutes for someone to come help who knows what they are doing. Very frustrating experience that took 45 minutes when it should have only taken 5 minutes.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at the postal service today. I came during lunchtime to pick up my mail, only to find a long queue due to insufficient staff. I had to wait in line for a full 30 minutes while only one employee was working during lunchtime. I hope the management takes measures to improve service and reduce customer wait times.

Neither Self Service kiosk worked properly, only one person was working the counter, and clientele don’t read the signs and have their stuff addressed and ready. 35 minute wait just to send a package. Customer service at its worst and no respect for people’s time.

I've had a PO Box here for years and regularly use the Issaquah post office. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, but usually it's pretty quick and easy. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean.

On a Saturday there was 18 people in line and one register open - took over 40 minutes to drop off a package. Disappointing to see the lack of assistance as the line grew out to the door.

This post office theoretically opens at 8 am on weekdays. When I showed up at about 8:20 am recently, there was a long line of people and no one working. One of the other people waiting in line called the post office and eventually someone picked up and said they'd "be right out." By 8:30, the post office finally opened without explanation or apology.

They need to pick up pace. The time they allot per customer is way too long resulting in long lines.

Horrible experience! we wanted to apply for a new passport for our baby so we called to confirm the walk in time and they said they are available, so we drove 30 minutes with the baby. In the office, the person in charge was there with no one else. He didn’t accept us and he said “we go by appointment only” despite the confirmation on the phone and what’s listed on their website! Even when there was no one in the office and he wasn’t doing anything except playing with his phone he won’t take us! very bad experience!

The staff members were very helpful and let me know that the eBay person I bought a product for was trying to scam me. I've never had a problem with this location. I really wish they funded these places better so they could maintain them more.

I come here occasionally and it’s always gone well. The line in the photo took about 10-15 minutes to get through. Everybody working was super nice and helpful even when I saw a person getting angry and loud with them. The line moved pretty quickly!
