Over priced as usual but way better prices than Redmond VV. But I'm taking the time writing this review to recognize a wonderful employee named Les. I have PTSD trauma disorder since my husband passed away and to ease that at night mostly, I like to go to thrift stores and I spend a lot of money each time. But because I like to stay awhile and load up my cart other thrift stores treat me like I'm a thief and treat me as such. Just last night at the Redmond VV the manager was very rude,( blonde lady, the one before her Donna even ruder,) I spent $170 but they still treated me like 3rd class and I shop like that at least 1-2 times a week. But Les made me feel so comfortable and unjudged and she was so friendly not breathing down my neck as I checked out making me go into a panic attack like the other location. (Woodinville is even worse with their day time women employee and manager )
Thank you Les!!! You are awesome! You should train all stores how to be so kind and friendly like you!

I had a horrible experience at this store, usually it’s quite pleasant and the workers are amazing but this had me shook. I was waiting in line to check out, when I watched a worker make a child cry AND she handled it horribly. Her name was Lez or something? She stormed off and i could barely make out her name. But it was bad. Im surprised the grandma didn’t ask to speak with a manager because that was horrible.

Easy place to drop your clothing donations

Used to be my favorite thrift spot with so many good finds and reasonably priced! Over the last year they have gone downhill. The store is more disorganized. Racks consistently sparse or empty. And NOW they want to charge you $30 for a worn sweater from a mall brand. Want to check out bags? Don’t bother. Anything considered “name brand” is behind a counter and displayed where you can’t even see it unless someone grabs them off the rack for you. Not worth the drive out here.

Turns out the coupons they provide for donating items expire. Cashier simply told me that my coupon was no longer valid and walked away.

I would rather donate than throw things away. I came to donate some clothing (all washed and folded), kitchen appliances (cleaned and some never used), 2 mirrors, some Starbucks cups with lids and some organization things with lids and cleaned. The person taking the items… items I was giving them for free to make a profit off of, told me that the kitchen drawer liners that were still in the original packaging were something they couldn’t take because of mold….there was no mold on them. I asked what mold he was talking about, he then said “well these don’t have mold” and he huffed and puffed and stormed off. I completely understand that people suck and they might bring gross, unwashed, unsanitary, broken items in and they should absolutely turn those away! But to tell someone that they can’t take items with no actual reason why is wild to me. You are literally getting items for free to sell. It’s %100 profit. If they were full and couldn’t take anymore then close the drop off line down. Maybe he was having a bad day but treating people like that isn’t going to make anyone’s day better.

There used to be nice prices for everything here. But now everything has become more expensive, I don't understand how you can put such high prices on things that were brought to you for free. Why are they so expensive???

Well staffed with helpful employees. Lots of great finds, prices are decent (of course wish it was less). And best part is the organization. Many thrift stores can be exhausting to try and find what you want but this one is well laid out. They even did a Halloween section with coordinated colors and themes! There's lots of brand name items and little rare gems.

My time is too valuable to be sifting through this garbage. I rarely find anything good here.

It's a great thrift store. Sometimes you can find some really great deals and unique items. It's HUGE though so give yourself some time to wander! They have lots of Thrifting Unicorns (iykyk)

Large stone, plenty of parking, the neighborhood felt safe. Huge selection, well laid out, productive employees appeared to be keeping things organized and tidy. We had some great finds, including a basketball autographed by Charles Barkley.
$75 for a full cart, no waiting for the self checkout. Would visit here again

Great thrift store both for donating and finding treasures.

The second time I've been here and hour before close and the furniture is locked up and artwork blocked by furniture. People do shop for other things besides clothing after work. If you close furniture outside a little before 7pm according to the guy inside at checkout. Please update your hours to reflect that.

I donated a desk (in great condition), and as I was leaving, a guy just kicked it and destroyed it. They could’ve just said they didn’t accept that item, and I could’ve found someone who actually needed it.
