Been going here for 20 years, no more, don’t care about their customers at all, takes 6 hours to fill a Rx, what a joke. Hope they go out of business like everyone else. We need to bring back the independent pharmacy!

24/7 opening to help you get your meds and relief, no matter what time of day. Service is efficient and perfectly acceptable. Can get busy sometimes hence the wait time, but that’s hardly their fault. Drive-through pharmacy service is convenient, just allocate 5 minutes for each car you see in front of you in the line. grateful to have this service in our community, and actually serving all of Eastside with their 24/7 hours

Dealing with them was the biggest nightmare IMAGINABLE. When you call the local pharmacy you get a call center, who then has to route you to the dispensing pharmacy to actually deal with prescriptions, and every time I called I had to wait on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES just to speak to someone about my prescription, not to mention the time wasted talking to the initial person who can't even do anything functional.
And if that wasn't bad enough they messed up the basic transfer of one prescription MULTIPLE TIMES, necessitating numerous calls just to get one simple thing done. This corporation is completely dysfunctional and deserves to be run right out of business.

No walk-ins, schedule an appointment before coming. 24hrs for picking up medicine. No for vaccination.

Horrible service, guy answering phone for main Walgreens number could barely speak English and could not understand what I was saying. Plus they stated the pharmacy was closed, gave no reason nor expected time to reopen. Find another place for fill your prescription. Won't shop her again

The last 3 times I’ve gone to the pharmacy the young man working the window was so kind and quick compared to the older dark brown haired gal with glasses (she’s rude and ignorant every time the last year +). The previous times before that were awfully slow and made me want to explode, like 1.5-2 hour drive through wait!
Editing cause here I am today - in line and in a rush and have been sitting here 55+ min now and we haven’t moved. There’s 9 people in the drive through and about the same inside… this isnt feasible for people who have controlled prescriptions who cannot get things delivered and have no other pharmacy choices AND have children with them every time..

If I could give it zero starts I would - rude pharmacy staff when asking questions and sat on hold for two hours and they hung up on me! Promised my medication would be filled multiple times and never filled them - don’t go to this place.

Horrible experience. Walgreens is banned by myself and my family. Also going to make sure everyone I talk to knows to avoid this place and pharmacy like the plague.

The worst asset I’ve seen, people stand for 40 for 50 minutes, and there are four employees here, there are three windows, one works, and the workers here are seven people, well, they work for one window, what is it for such a pharmacy, there is no service
