I assume the draw to this pharmacy is that it is 24/7 and possibly because of how close it is to I-90, but let me tell you... anywhere else in the state of Washington will be worth the drive over this location. Things you can count on: You will have to wait, and while you are waiting, you might as well plan to wait some more. Don't get your hopes up that when you get notice by text/call that your perception is ready, it is not. Refilling a prescription here? Don't be surprised if they transfer your prescription to a different store... this could have been a blessing if it had not be transferred out of the state. How does that even happen? On the corner of sick and frustrated, Walgreens!

If I could give their pharmacy zero stars I would. I waited an hour in their car line just to be asked to come back again in an hour, since they haven't processed my one prescription yet. This is not the first time their pharmacists have wasted my time. I have more respect for the corner drug dealers than I do for this pharmacy. If you value your time, don't go here.

Came here for my Covid and flu vaccinations. It was incredibly busy with almost nobody masking or distancing. They did not have my flu vaccine ready. My address and birthday were wrong. The person managed to make the injections painful and I am extremely good with injections. (I inject myself with an MS medication 3x a week.) Then they just left me in the dirty medical room with no instructions and was surprised to find me still there when they came back. I will never ever be coming back here. Two stars instead of one because they did manage to get the vaccines into my arm at least.

Please stop giving companies such as Walgreens business when they are rated so low. I wish I had. Prescriptions take 5+ days to fill. You'll get an email saying it's ready, but when you arrive they will tell you it's a glitch (3 months in a row) and tell you to come back. When you ask about the glitch, they have a standard answer "we have no control over it". Crazy way to do business. Walgreens needs to be boycotted.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. They always get your prescriptions wrong. Hours of waiting and then finally they say it's ready and then it's wrong. The wrong amount or completely missing prescriptions. It doesn't matter if you call and verify or not, they will get it wrong. They should rename this place wrongreens and fire the pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy department. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

I feel bad because the pharmacy staff were SO nice, so the 1-star is for whoever runs this place. Pay more and hire more people. There's no reason why 2 pharmacists should be struggling alone with 160 prescriptions to fill. I had to come here after Urgent Care because unfortunately it's the only pharmacy on the east side that's open after 10pm. Saw all my other urgent care buddies here too. They need to get it together and actually staff this place. To the lovely understaffed pharmacists, 5-stars you're doing your absolute best and we can see it.

Unfortunately, there's a reason why this location has so many 1 star reviews.I came to the 24hr pharmacy last night around 9:30PM to pick up my prescription, as I do routinely, to find that the store's entire retail system was down - including the pharmacy. They could not process any prescriptions and we're turning people away. I also learned the hard way that this is one of two 24hr pharmacies on the Eastside. By the time I drove to the next closest Walgreens, they had all closed by 10PM. Drove back to this location to see if the system had been fixed and they let me know that it would not be fixed until 12Pm the following morning.Had to go without my insomnia medication and didn't get a wink of sleep. Well done. I've been coming here for years and this location consistently has long lines, is understaffed and disorganized. Clearly staff retention is an issue especially for the pharmacy. I'll be switching to Costco.

Been here at least half a dozen times. Each time they tell me the prescription will be ready and it’s never ready. The prescriptions are never ready… ever.

Not sure what happened but waited 45mins for my prescription and after getting it I realized I was given less pills but paid for the right amount.

I heard an employee being racist towards a customer No action was taken, the customer called out the employee for his comments but unfortunately didn't ask for a manager The store is run by some managers who are absent on the clock and don't help the employees or if they do, it's micromanaging and yelling at them. I can see why they have serious turn over The employees (except for the racist) are decent and friendly Walgreens needs to overturn thier management and be more pro active on how the management treats people including customers

Highly reduced hours with nothing mentioned online. Had major surgery and needed vital prescriptions. Arrived and they were closed hours before the hours listed online. Had to scramble to get them transferred to another pharmacy the following day. And this is of no fault of their own, but the entire staff caught covid and had to close down. Would have been Super nice to know this in some way before i made the drive in so arrangements could have been made.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Do as others have suggested and DO NOT GO HERE!!!The app process is nice and convenient and the Express pass is nice. In theory.But almost every time it takes an absurdly long time to fill my prescriptions and half the time they don’t even have them!Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is an excruciating process that could be easily over an hour wait.I have no idea why the drive through is still closed. This makes absolutely zero sense. You can walk up to the window though.There is always a long line for the pharmacy. Every time I’m in the store I see a huge line that never moves.The DMV operates at supersonic speeds compared to the staff at this pharmacy.
