Nitika and Jodi were both amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Will be a customer for a long time.

One of the very spacious branch. No nonsense place. Plenty of parking. The ATM is right there on the front entrance. More importantly, the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Hats off a trillion times over for the most warm, wonderful, genuinely caring customer care and service from banker/teller Dale Shakib! He is an asset to the Issaquah Wells Fargo branch, and a gift to all who encounter his exceptional and loyal services~ the community and world are blessed with Dale Shakib!

Never pick up the phone. If I have a question needing answered by a “premiere business banker” or even to ask the front desk a simple question, I have just gotten in the habit of making an online appt, and waiting for their call after I miss it. Absolutely never answer the phone, why even have one?

Atrocious service, so bad I immediately went to BECU after and opened an account with them and transferred all my funds. I had to ‘interrupt’ two of the tellers having a conversation to even ask for help. I was pawned off to another teller so they could continue their conversation, who told me that I can just order checks on the app (not the only thing I was there for). Maybe I really should just order my checks online so their job becomes even more obsolete?

Wells Fargo has great banking. I had nothing but problems for over a decade at BoA, and so when BoA started cutting services to retailers who worked with firearms I took that as an excuse to make the change to Wells Fargo- and it was a fantastic change. I got the same kind of phone/in-branch support, and similar web/mobile services, without all the paperwork and account errors I had with the other bank regularly. But now they've torn out the drive-thru ATM and the signage implies they are just not replacing it. I'm disabled and having no drive-thru ATM in the area is an inconvenience when my back is bad. I'm not sure who thought that was a good idea to start cutting services right now, especially one most banks have offered for decades.

Worst branch in the Seattle area. Always a 15+ min wait. Completely understaffed. Terrible service.

Mhonaliza(yes that's how her name is spelled) is arguably the rudest teller I have ever had the pleasure doing business with at Wells Fargo. She ran my basic cash deposit through the cash counter approximately six (wow!) times - I found this odd and commented "isn't that a bit excessive?" Mhonaliza sparked back at me - "don't worry you won't see me again, I'm transferring branches soon." For a veteran teller, she had a category 5 meltdown for absolutely no reason, hence the one star review. Safe to say - I'll be using the drive through moving forward. Salamatpo Mhonaliza.

Absolutely worst service ever with exception of one teller. Consistently bad experiences. Poor communication slow service and rude people.

Very rude people. I was trying to get help with Wells Fargo Advisor in this branch, all I was told is I’m not their customer and Wells Fargo was another company.

This bank branch has the slowest service I have ever experienced. Every transaction by the lone teller had to be approved by another person. It took three employees to figure out how to help the person in front of me. Then a fourth person went to people in line publicly and loudly asking what we were there for. Then instead of just stepping up to the window, dhe wanted to show me how to do the transaction online.Rude, predumptious and inefficient.

The needing an appointment to enter the lobby is getting extremely old! Come on WF! Other banks have figured out how to operate with Covid-19, why can't you? Only option is a very long drive thru line, I always seem to get stuck in the middle behind a business customer, when a new slot opens I'm too wedged in to move over to it. Thankfully I have other banks I can use.

I spoke with an employee on 5/13/2021 about a matter unrelated to banking and I do not know her name and I want to know if there is a way to leave her a message. Everything else I give this bank 5 stars.

Went in on a Saturday with something I could've done online but I wanted clarification on some things. Not only did they clarify what I had been wondering about but the tellers here are SO nice and helpful, I was glad I came in. The location in the highlands is temporarily closed and I really liked the people there too, glad to know Wells Fargo has good hiring practices across the board.
