Great staff. Owner Aaron has very little EQ. If deal with staff go for it. But wouldn't touch him with 10-foot or any other pole.

When you have a relatively complex insurance portfolio, you develop certain expectations from your insurance agent. Here are mine: 1. I want one contact person for all policies 2. I want great communication, a person on the other side of the phone 3. I want no lapse between policies 4. I want the agent to work hard to lower the premiums 5. When an insurance event happens, I want quick, concise, handling 6. I want the person to be nice, kind, professional, proficient I have all that - and more - at the Aaron Whitcomb Allstate Insurance Agency in Issaquah WA. Ryan Wong, my contact person is as responsive as you can imagine. I moved to this agency from another one which shall remain unnamed. My condition at the time was: "I will sign whatever I'm asked to sign, but all else handled by the agency". That was exactly what happened. So, if you have an insurance portfolio, or just a couple of policies, you are unhappy with the service and the responsiveness, and even less happy with the premiums, try Aaron Whitcomb's Allstate Insurance Agency in Issaquah WA. Ask for Ryan. Ask for a quote, and you might just be surprised.

I've been a relatively satisfied Allstate customer since I started driving almost 40 years ago -- the last 4 or 5 with Whitcomb. I moved my policies to another agent after repeated solicitation calls on his behalf. Twice, after asking not to be SOLICITED by phone, I was told I would receive NO further calls from Allstate. That's not what I requested. The agency and their partners do not seem to have either the control over or common sense to understand the difference between soliciting business and managing the business they already have. By all means, policy- or claims-related calls are appropriate. I explained this to three different people. Unfortunately, that basic customer service request was just too complicated for them to process. I did not sign up for insurance to be harassed into obtaining financial services.

Not sure about the agency as a whole, but their Agent Ryan Wong has questionable integrity at best - I would recommend steering clear of his services. Trust is an important thing when buying insurance. You need to be sure when you need them most they will be honest, upfront and always have excellent integrity. Ryan lacks that quality.

Currently in tears after being bullied into accepting a claim on my wedding ring $3,000 less than my policy. If you think this company will fight for you, you are wrong, or if you think they value your most valuable things, you are also wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer for 12+ years. Everything I was told by the manager of the jewelry store was the opposite per the claims adjuster. Disgusted and I give up.

My wife and I had our first child so we wanted to get life insurance. The guys here, both named Aaron, are great to deal with. They helped us make the best decision possible in getting a life insurance policy that was both financially wise and coverage wise. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciated the low pressure sales. You can't go wrong working with these guys.

Great rates, excellent service, highly recommend. We work with Aaron Lee at Whitcomb Insurance and Aaron has been very helpful in figuring out how to best meet our needs which have changed since we initially signed up. Haven't yet filed a claim so I cannot speak to that experience, but so far this Allstate office has been great.
