Don’t call this number because they don’t answer.
I’ve called multiple times and walked away from my phone only to come back to. It’s still ringing and I’ve done this for the 3rd time Before making this comment.

It's a pretty big commissary. Usually nice and clean. It stays busy, but there are checkers and self- check out lines.

We use the commissary click 2 go option about twice a month. We’re always pleased with the entire experience especially the employee who brings out our groceries. She is always so friendly and helpful. This is a great program.
If I may add one side note? When filling orders please don’t substitute diet/sugar free soda for regular soda. It doesn’t taste the same. 😁

I had a mixed experience my first time here. A few things to take note of if it’s your first venture to this establishment. First thing I noticed during early afternoon on a weekday is that most of the shoppers are elderly and many in rascal type scooters. So be cognizant of your surroundings don’t want to bump into any elders etc. Next, prices are mostly cheaper than a normal super market. The end of my shopping trip is why the stars are low. I found an open check stand, I looked at the older AA lady and she just kind of stared are me. No hey, how are ya, hello, good afternoon, nada damn thang. So I asked if the check stand was open, “yeah”. Then she asks if I have bags I say no, she asks do you want to buy some, I say sure. Then she asks if I want a bagger, I’m like, definitely. She looks at me like I’m an imbecile so I say sorry mam, this is my first time here. She bags my stuff, not a word of conversation from her and I had noticed a row of people sitting in front of the check stand rows. An elderly man and woman bag my items and he lets me know hey, it’s your first time I’ll let you know we work “completely on tips”. So I had to go to a bank machine and get 20 bucks to tip these two people for their work. Look, if the prices are low it gets offset for having to pay someone’s hourly wage. That’s insane. Don’t make service people and vets have to pay to get their items bagged that’s completely idiotic. I have great experiences at the exchange but the commissary lady with zero customer service skills and having to pay employees, I’m not sure I’ll be back. Enter at your own risk and your mileage may vary.

Get groceries on the cheap. Everytime we go there, they have stopped selling something we liked.

THIS ISN'T WASHINGTON STATE DECA. THIS IS A FEDERAL MILITARY INSTALLATION.
STOP TRYING TO PROFIT FROM MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS & FAMILIES.
JUNE 1ST 2024 CHARGING CUSTOMERS .35 CENTS PER BAG IS 5X's THE COST FROM OFF BASE STORES.
"The current 5% Surcharge set by Congress already pays for the bags"

A bit too expensive but that may be because I'm poor lol. I like the bulk stuff you can buy in the back because of how large my family is. The workers are usually nice and helpful.

Been shopping here for 32 years. This place is big enough for all items needed and small enough that I don't need a GPS or map finder to get what I want. Cost savings are for the most part good. Some items I stay away from due to cost can be found lower at other places. I do 80% of shopping here. I also think it is important to support our military benefits. Have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Over 27 years we have chosen here over Ft. Lewis (JBLM-Lewis Main) only because it is typically more quiet. Lots if changes, but quality has never wavered!!!!! We also like JBLM Lewis’s as it kind if seems as if it has slight more selections.

Bread and cheese were both expired. Cheese was also moldy inside not visible from outside. This isn't the first incident of expired food bought here. Make sure you check dates on everything you buy.

Person working the self check out needs to be nicer to military customers. She watched me scan the wrong item but didn’t stop me then comes over afterwards to rudely tell me I picked the wrong item. Then she proceeded to roughly go through the bags and scratching my hand in the process. Don’t hire rude people who aren’t willing to assist customers.
