I’m a mechanic by trade and usually do all my own work, but I was short on time and decided to let someone else handle a repair for once. Brought the car into this Firestone and wasn’t sure what to expect, but Kyle immediately stood out. He was easy to talk to, didn’t talk down to me or try to oversell anything, and actually listened. That alone is rare these days.
He and his team got the job done quickly and cleanly, and everything was done right — no shortcuts or surprises. As someone who’s picky about how work gets done on my own car, I walked away impressed. Not something I say often about chain shops. Props to Kyle for running a solid operation.

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Kyle was the one who helped me, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and helped me find the perfect set of tires that matched both my needs and preferences.
Kyle made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and it was clear he genuinely cared about providing great service. On top of that, every employee I interacted with at this location was courteous and helpful, making for an all-around positive experience.

Good experience. Very professional and helped me understand what was going on. Even went as far as allowing me to visually take a look at problems they found with my vehicle. Took a little longer than expected but that’s the mechanic life.
