If you want to get scammed and got your car damage, this is the perfect place. Said that my rear bearing is broken when what I need to replace is the whole tire, and broke my car's handle then refuse to fix because "it's an old car". When I asked that is he saying he broke saonthing but it's not his responsibility, he keep saying "it's an old car", when I asked is he saying that he will not take responsibility when he broke something, he said "IF we did it" and I said he had never said the word IF at all, he keep saying "it's an old car". He says all that while another customer was presented, imagine what will happen when there's only you and him. Come here if you want to waste your money ??????

I just had my tires finally installed after they were ordered on Sunday. The tires never arrived in the time frame I was promised and since I'm not local Jason, Chris, and Mario all failed to keep me informed of status requiring me to sit an additional 4 hours just to find out they already knew the status prior which caused me a lot of hassle for my drive home which could have been sooner. Once tires were in I made the request that Chris was the only authorized operator of my vehicle and he drove it in but upon vehicle being pulled out of shop it was not Chris. I found they also set my pressures front : 59,79 rear: 79,59 obviously they don't know what they are doing. Also during my time for observation I seen the technicians repeatedly operated customers vehicles at high rates of speed to bring in and take out. I would not recommend

Malicious business practices here at Firestone McChord Base / JBLM, WA 98433. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had at your Firestone location on JBLM McChord Air Force Base. I brought my car (Huyndai Sonata 2017) to your shop in the expectation of receiving complete care, including a safety inspection, an oil change, and brake pad replacement, before an upcoming trip. However, the quality of service I received was far from satisfactory, and I believe it reflects poorly on your business.The issues began when I picked up my car after the service. To my dismay, the headlights were not functioning correctly. Naturally, I contacted your shop immediately to report the problem and request a resolution. I was instructed by a supervisor (Chris) to bring the vehicle back for further assessment. When I did so, I was met with a disappointing lack of professionalism and customer service.Upon returning to your shop, I expected a comprehensive examination of my vehicle and a clear explanation of what had gone wrong. Instead, my wife and I encountered a dismissive and uncooperative attitude from your staff. Your employee, who had initially inspected the car, was unable to provide any reasonable explanation for the headlight issue.The supervisor (Chris) , rather than addressing the issue at hand, chose to accuse my wife of rudeness and refused to acknowledge the problem with the headlights. This lack of accountability is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your shop's commitment to customer satisfaction. When I stepped in to inquire about the headlight issue and demanded an explanation, the supervisor avoided giving a straightforward response.Instead, he insisted that we visit the store in person to show him what was wrong with the car's headlights. Upon our visit, it became evident that the store manager's earlier claims were unfounded. The headlights were indeed malfunctioning. His explanation that the lights were working inside the shop but not outside raises questions about the quality of your staff's inspections and the overall reliability of the services provided.It was particularly disheartening when the supervisor claimed that your employees had inspected my car but had not touched the lights. This directly contradicts my initial request for a comprehensive service, including a safety inspection. This inconsistency raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of your business operations.What truly disappointed me was the persistent refusal to address the headlight issue and the unwarranted demand for additional payment for another inspection. It is disheartening that your shop, instead of rectifying the problem, attempted to shift the blame onto the customer and profit further from the situation.In conclusion, the entire experience with your Firestone location on JBLM McChord Air Force Base has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply unsatisfactory. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and investigate the conduct of your staff, as it reflects poorly on your reputation and commitment to customer service.I kindly request that you rectify the headlight issue promptly and address the lack of accountability displayed by your employees during this ordeal. Came in to get a flat tire fixed, 4 hours later handed an estimate for 4 new tires mount and balance for $2300.I was the first person in the place that morning. Tried to upsell and offer financing. Bush leagueSuch a scam. Went to Les Schwab, paid less than 50, problem solved.Preying on Soldiers, is terrible.

These guys did a oil change for me. Afterwards it developed a leak. They also left the bolts for my skid plate loose. It ruined all the bolts.

Over price Very rude they talk at you and not to you they will not listen to what you tell them and come up with some reduction things about your car. I have a 2019 chevrolet camaro ls that i only had for two weeks when in to get a aliment done because it was pulling to the left a little bitAnd they came back and said that i need to replace the hole front end so a $100 part to a $5,000+ work order so i when somewhere else i will never go to the firestone on mcchord or lewis ever again.Service: Wheel alignment
