Both my poodle and golden retriever have been groomed here. Hands down one of the best places to get your dogs groomed. All of the staff we have met here are amazing with dogs and show them so much love. My golden retriever hates kennels and they have a vip package where they keep them out of the kennel. They have so much patience and our dogs always smell amazing

Went in to order a cooling sleeping mat for our dog. The one female employee was a great multi-tasker and took care of us while assisting 2 others.

We had a very disappointing experience with Petco grooming. We scheduled an appointment in advance and no one ever asked us if our dog was on any medications. We showed up on time for the appointment, only to be asked that day if our dog takes any medication. He takes daily medication for arthritis, and they immediately told us they would not groom him because of that.
They offered to reschedule but said he would have to stop his medication, which is not an option. Our frustration is that they could have easily told us this beforehand—when we made the appointment—not after making us waste our time driving all the way there.

Worst grooming experience ever. I keep paying over 3 digits + tips, and almost every time I end up having to call back to fix my dog’s haircut. The groomers are hit or miss. There used to be someone at Petco who actually knew what she was doing, but sadly, she’s no longer there. I took the loss this last time, but I’m never going back. I don’t have time to be playing games and making 2–3 appointments just to get my dog’s hair fixed, all while paying a ridiculous amount. The ladies at the front register are nice, and a few groomers are too, but they really need to work on their skills.

Petco has always been nothing but exceptional for me and my pets! They are super nice and always great with my animals! The groomers do a fantastic job with our pup! We always recommend this location!

This is for grooming and grooming only. Worst grooming we have ever received. New person, we are 99% sure our dog did not get a bath among other things we paid for. Just sprayed down with the scent that you pay extra for. Went over to the PX for 20 minutes, and when I came out ALL 3 groomers were out front on a smoke break, while my dog was caged inside. Will not be back here for grooming ever!

Pretty cool. The setup was a bit distracting for my fur baby. I like the states that have the self serve pet wash in the back- it just makes it easier.

I’m so upset right now!
In the past, we’ve had great experiences here, but not today!
After 2 hours ands 45 minutes, I picked up my pup-this was after being told it would be a 90 minute appointment so I stayed nearby….
She looks like someone’s child got ahold of the scissors. She has bangs with no other facial hair trimmed, so she looks like that little character from “the incredibles”. I’m so upset that I found the manager and asked if anyone else could fix the mess.
Her body hair was barely trimmed & her tail was all different lengths. Hot Mess.
Instead of apologizing and jumping into fixing her, there were excuses and “wondering if she had time”. Well, I wasn’t leaving and coming back!
At the 2:25 mark I went in to check on the process because I thought my texting wasn’t working. She was still working on the dog she was working on when we dropped our pup off. So this mess took 20 minutes to make.
I can’t believe I actually PAID for this.
I wish I’d have brought my phone with me because pictures would be great to share. Be careful who you book an appointment with at this location.

Like another customer said in comments they will twist your words to refuse grooming canceled one appointment for me then rescheduled and canceled that one but never rescheduled after when I walked in to see if i could get my pup groomed was told by the grooming manager that I was referred out which I was never told by employees never seen someone lie on a customer for no reason smh and now waiting to hear back from corporate
