They ruined my AGSU coat when I need to get one patch sewn on and replace the previous one that was also done by them. They left permanent glue stain in my uniform and refused to fix the problem and said it wasn't their issue since apparently they don't use glue even though the last job was done by them!!!

18 days to get my AGSU Jacket back with the unit patches sewn on the wrong side, despite them labeling them correctly during drop off. 7-10 days to get OCP tops back only to have patches sewn upside down. People complain that Jeannies is too expensive. You know what’s expensive? Time!

Came here to have my patch sewed on my dress uniform. Was told to come the following week, when I came to pick it up they said they are barely getting to sew it. Call or remind them a day before coming for pick because chances are they forgot.
