Bad customer service. A family member tried to send out a mail and they won't accept it, because of the date. She never experience this before, and they won't accept. They went to the other mail carrier and there was no issue at all.

There is a reason this is rated 1.8. Three of us here at 9:30. I had to call to the back at 9:38... finally a lady answered that she can't open due to no computer....huh?? Maybe 30 mins, she said... but break is then 10:15 sooooo....DISGRACEFUL, unprofessional for sure and on a military base too....

Showed up at 4:24 and was denied service because they are “not authorized overtime.”They close at 4:30. If you stop serving customers, there should be a posted shut off time or change your advertised hours to 4:00 so you can finish up by 4:30.
