I never post reviews but todays visit to this place made me just agree with everyone that says customer service is terrible they have a attitude they treated me like if i was ignorant and dont know my address i was just asking a simple question and got humilliated if somebody knows where i can write or send a formal complaint please let me know thank you!!

DON’T go here. Seriously save your time or go out of your way to go somewhere else. The lady wouldn’t let me send my package because my return address was for my permanent home in a different state and not WA.

Brown long haired wide set lady who sits down when doing her work always has a crazy attitude and has something to say about every single package you send off.
Every time I see her I gotta do a deep exhale cuz she’s rude and irritating. I use the self service kiosk to avoid talking to her and even then so she finds a way to police me at the self service cuz I’m sending off too many packages??

Susan is one of the nicest employees here and was really helpful. I am so used to not having good experiences with customer service so this was really refreshing.

Horrible customer service by Chris. I had received a package from the mailroom that was completely damaged that the mail clerk picked up from this office. I went in here to talk about leaving a complaint and Chris told me, in a rude tone, that I had to go online to make this complaint when I was told I could fill out a paper file of my complaint. And when I told him the mail clerk was the one that found my package in its damaged state and tried to fix this, Chris blamed me for it. Here's the thing, I couldn't pick up my mail until today, so how is it my fault? Because I wanted to see what I was missing... which was 4 out of 5 items I was missing. I was nearly five seconds from losing my cool, and I told him I was done. I walked out furious. I went back later on, and talked to another clerk who was 10 times more polite and helpful then Chris. I still think my package could've been damaged there before the mail clerk picked up mail, but thank God there was someone else there that was nice enough to actually do their job and the reason why this review is not ranked any lower.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service provided by FAITH and CHRIS! I was seeking assistance with correcting my address label on my package, FAITH was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. AND CHRIS not witnessing her employee’s RUDE BEHAVIOR immediately BLAMES the customer and started speaking to me in a CONDESCENDING TONE. I also witnessed her tell another customer, “I will tell the GENERAL that too”... (yea okay) VERY PROFESSIONAL & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…

Chris the lady at the counter is always a problem. . She said I was being condescending when I asked a question. She is the person that is passive aggressive and condescending. I’m trying to just ship packages with USPS labels and she constantly makes excuses on why she will not take them. Avoid the post office. She should not work with the public.

I saw improvement in this USPS , and the clerks are more helpful and friendly. I changed my feedback from 1 star to 5 stars. I admire the workers willingness to receive feedback and improve for the customers in a positive way.

Faith is exceptional. I came in with 4 packages to ship internationally (each to a different address) and a toddler. She was so patient and helpful! She talked with my toddler and was so quick to get everything done and she was on her own. She's a Rockstar!

I wasn’t home to sign for my package. I looked up the address and saw the negative reviews and was annoyed but I came in and got helped by Chris, he was very professional and helpful.
