They gave my order to someone else then yelled at me when I asked how long it would take to remake it . The lady was very rude and lacked in customer service severely . I’ve never been treated like this is a restaurant in my life .

cannot speak to the quality of food, but I can speak to the quality of service which is nonexistent sat there after being seated for well over 30 minutes never got once more spoken to. We finally got up and walked out and left meanwhile, watching the waitresses casually walk around paying zero interest or concern.

The Lucky Dragon has been our go-to Chinese restaurant for 15 years. But probably not any more. Their service and food has been going downhill, and they raise their prices about every 6 months. It appears others feel the same as they were less than half full at 7pm on Friday. We were seated quickly, but as the server hustled past our booth she just tossed two menus on the table and kept going. The tea we received was flavorless and almost clear. We got a second pot, and it was as well. 12 minutes later another server finally took our order. Our food took almost another 20 minutes. Another table close to us with more people that was seated well after we were received their food almost 10 minutes before we did. Their portion sizes have definitely decreased, and the quality of the food has too. Fried shrimp was under cooked. To top it off, I waited for more than 5 minutes at the front counter just for someone to come take my payment. Just not worth the drive any more.

Ordered 5 different dishes. All came out within 7-10 mins, minus the shaved noodles, those took longer. Clearly this means majority of the food is precooked. Showed a picture off of prior google reviews of what appeared to look like orange chicken, so i pointed at the pick, said thats what i wanted, and ordered "orange chicken", it came out, and it looked like nothing like the chicken in the photo. I guess the pic in the photo was kung pow chicken, i asked to replace it, but i was told no(even though i didnt touch it), they gave me the kung pow chicken to go for half the price. ? anyways the place isn't fresh, don't see my family going here again. On the positive the shaven noodles were alright, and all the portions are huge.

I grew up eating in Chinatown, NYC. This is not that food. But, it is the best Chinese food that we have enjoyed out here in the PNW. We've really liked all the different dishes. We have our favorites, mine being Moo Goo Gai Pan. Delicious! The staff were always nice, often very kind. I'm partially disabled. The food is pricey. However, you get what you pay for in quality ingredients cooked and sauteed to extremely flavorful conclusions. All dishes are hot and plentiful. The menu offers many choices. Nearly an hour away from our rural home, it is worth the ride each and every time. Dine for yourself. I really think you'll become a fan. ?Vegetarian options: You can ask for specific combos.Parking: On the block, behind building and lot a few doors down.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy walk in from the front or back entrances.

This is our go-to restaurant for good Chinese food. The food is excellent and the wait staff is terrific. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian offerings, but if they're something that you would like them to substitute so that it can be vegetarian, they're very accommodating

We highly recommend Lucky Dragon Chinese Restaurant when ever your passing through Kalama Washington. Great food, service, and prices. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is delicious. The batter has sesame seeds in it, which adds a nice nutty flavor. This restaurant is always busy, but the service is great. They hustle. We got great service from Yan even though they were swamped. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.??Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian dishes throughout the menu. We highly recommend the Vegetable Deluxe lunch option. We also asked for a serving of fried tofu, which they made with no trouble.

This is probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Thick batter on everything. Poor service. And sauce not house made. Appetizers coming out after main entrees. This place is low mediocre at best.

Ordered 2x chicken teriyaki with fried rice. Chicken was swimming in a huge amount of teriyaki which leaked everywhere. The flavor Ive never tasted before like a robust teriyaki. There was also like 6 super tiny pieces of bbq pork in my fried rice for both portions combined.
