Don't expect any help. The only employees are the security people looking for shoplifters and the cashiers are no help with merchandise. Not much in the way of real quality either.

Another big store scarcely employed and thinning supply. JcPenny has always been a household name and great products, but is phasing out to online and strip malls. The store is clean and has friendly staff. It will be sad when it is gone.

Pathetic! Only one register open in the entire store. Empty shelves and entire departments. Staff doesn’t care at all about anything. Horribly mismanaged. This location needs to shut down and die. The entire mall is dark, depressing and broken down. Bathrooms out of order and many vacant spaces. First time back in years and sad I came. Barely a shell of what it once was when people cared and took pride in their work.
