I had a flat tire on a trip to Oregon and Jiffy Lube-Kelso changed the flat with the spare and gave me directions to Les Schwabs in Kelso for the tire repair. They were friendly, worked quickly and even unloaded and reloaded the back of my car where the spare was stored. I so appreciate their help! Thank you!

They found two new oil leaks I thought I had repaired at tbe mechanics six months previously...and took pix of the leaks as proof...thankyou so much now I can vet this fixed again...thanku!!:-]

Had a oil change done on 5/8/24 never have I ever had some place do a oil change but this one time I bucked cause my gfs oil pan bolt was stripped from previous owners. so I had called jiffy they said they could take it down payed done. Now three week later my gf is on the side of the road with no oil cap . like how do you either forget to put it on or not put it on all the way and then when I call the guy on the phone was super chill. but some dude in the background was acting like I was lying or I had messed with it and not told them the whole story, also was questioning why I called three weeks later well when you do a oil change right you don’t have to look under the hood to make sure your oil cap is there. they offered for me to bring the car back in to top of oil and see what happened but I declined cause honestly not worth 80 to 100 bucks. just to do something yourself with 30 to 50 bucks in only 15 minutes again keleb or Caleb on the phone was super chill but guy in background obviously can’t take the heat when something goes wrong

They do fast quality work. Great place to get tune ups and brakes done. They are very good at informing you about what is going on with your vehicle and they have all the manufacturer recommendations on when certain services should be done. Highly recommend Jiffylube for any preventative maintenance you need done ☺️

The guys that were working while I stopped in were all awesome! Very quick, professional and also a great sense of humor. They were nice and friendly, overall one of the best experiences I've had in ANY shop I've ever gone to. Prices good. Will be back!
