This is for the staff at Northwest Storage in Kelso, Wa! I have always had great service when i visit the office or talk to her on the phone. Love Love Love the staff there!! What i don't love is the price! 😡 I have never rented from a place that raises the rent so much! Its ridiculous!

Dee was very nice and professional. She called me back as a follow up call when i had called the number on the website (probably an answering service). She answered all my questions and encouraged me to come down and visit the facility since i was looking for a storage unit for my mother who was moving into town.

They gave me a discount for my first month but when I showed up the gate was closed and wasn't working and when they did get it working I had to go through the exit. Hopefully they get it together.
