“Apparent Coach Joshua is extremely incompetent and rude. They lose my center cap on my rims after a tie rotation or don't secure it. Then they make me have me have to order and run around for a reciept. They aren't paying for my gas and time. Old techs and coaches are gone. Do not waste your time. Went there for years.

After escalating and having a real leader. He resolved my issue. One bad leadership or employee ruins business. Ordered the wheel cover.”

“These guys are fantastic. I'm driving from Seattle to Portland and my air conditioning dropped down to almost nothing. This place is only 3 minutes off the freeway. Within about 2 minutes they found that my air filter looked like it had been through the woods on the bottom of a boot and my coolant was low. They didn't have my filter in stock and they still called around and got me one within 10 minutes. Appreciate you guys so much!”
