I went in tonight in hopes of finding a knock sensor. I was greeted by Michael who was very helpful and efficient in locating the part I needed. While I was waiting for my part, I noticed Mr. Stephen was on the phone with a woman I could hear yelling at him through the phone from 10 feet away. Stephen was very professional during the entire call, and I was very impressed, because I would have lost it on her instantly.
Stephen and Michael gave me a rundown on how to properly install my part and they were very fun to crack jokes with. Great experience and two fantastic gentlemen :)

Stopped by today to ask about a product....sales counter person was Disrespectful when I was trying to get clarification on an item. Keep in mind I'm 70

Was down in Kelso for an appointment when check engine light and "check charge system" began flashing. Staff member came out and checked the alternator and was helpful in directing me to a shop that could assist me in a timely fashion.

Kelso, WA 8/28/23 Zack and Jason, and the rest of the crew, helped us immensely. We limped our broke down car into the parking lot about noon, and didn't leave until after 9pm. They tested the battery, got us parts, and were so helpful. And made sure we got the car up on a trailer when we needed to. GREAT JOB GUYS! Thanks so much for helping us. We will be sure to recommend you to everyone!!

Store hours online and on premises said open until 10pm. Showed up at 930, lights on but doors locked. So I called to see if employees were just in the back and no answer. No not stating why they were closed. but saw employee car in parking lot so I waited just to see if they would come out. Called another time with no answer employee came to shut down front at 10:00 and I asked why they weren't open or if they would let me make a purchase since I was waiting. They said no...
