Awesome Pharmacy staff. Called Jana looking for an item id looked at four other stores. She went out of the way to assist me. Offering other solutions etc. Came into the store and talked to Jana and Pharmacist Tony. Both were exceptional people. Tony actually called around to other pharmacies and the doctors office trying to get my issue figured out. Personable. Helpful. Went over and beyond to help. Thank you Jana and Pharmacist Tony!

Don't shop here...
The prices on the shelf do not match the prices in their register for many products and you will spend less buying the same things from Safeway. The shelves are virtually empty like they're trying to sell off the inventory and practicing price gouging in hopes to gain as much money as possible before closing the location for good.
The store clerk was quiet and not very helpful while ringing up items that were triple the price in their register as they were labeled on the shelf and in an extreme hurry to get us rung up and out before we could realize the prices were completely different in their register than it was on the tags on the shelf. We checked the price tags to the products when deciding what we would and would not buy there and now I wish we had just got everything at Safeway because we would've spent far less for the same things or just drove to Walmart and used the extra $3 in fuel to save a whole lot over shopping at rite aid.
We will not be returning to another rite aid

I’m a second gen Kelso Pharmacy customer. I’m not sure who was responsible for communicating their ongoing financial situation and how it would affect customers who depend on certain medications to stay alive. They need to be terminated! Not properly staffing the pharmacy to the point they won’t even answer their phone. Changing store hours and days of operations without informing customers beforehand is irresponsible! I understand some retailers have been hit hard since Covid. But there is no excuse for this kind of irresponsible behavior. I suspect someone in management made a call and elected to not properly inform people about Rite Aid’s ongoing financial crisis and restructuring because of the fear of losing customers. BAD CALL! I’m done being patient with Rite Aid and will be taking my and my family’s business elsewhere!
P.S. The bare shelves in your store is depressing!

Horrible pharmacy. They are extremely short staffed and will put you on hold for 30 minutes if they even answer the phone. Hours have been cut and no longer open on weekends. I will no longer be using them.

The shelves are bare, there's not enough employees to keep the pharmacy running and they never answer the phone. They may have made it through bankruptcy, but should they have? This place just needs to close already.

Waited 25 minutes in line just to drop off a script. Then, I got told she had 1 script to fill first ans it would be 45 min or longer to fill mine. She talked of how everyone calls off and how she would be calling the manager to let them know she was not staying until 7pm. She wanted to gab about drama and had 5 of us in line waiting. I took my script and left. I won't be back.

This Rite Aid does not deserve this star! They called and left a message saying they could not fill the perscriptions untill they had insurance info. I had just been in the store, and she brought the orders up on the computer, so why not get that info then. No, instead, they wait till I am nearly back to Vader and leave a message to call them. Actually, they left 2 messages. They hung up mid message the first time. From 1 pm till 8 pm, I made 24 calls and no one answered. It rings and rings, and rings, then the whole message starts over and over and over...I then started again at 9 am. 4 calls later, I finally get to talk to a person! Ridiculous!!! Then, at the store, the woman ringing me up kept telling me to do the next step on the payment screen. It said "waiting for cashier", which I told her and she told me it wasn't her, I needed to do something...WTH!!! I will NOT ever go back!!! Goodbye!

If i could give no stars I would. They don't answer the phones. They don't tell you when a med you've had ordered is out of stock, just don't fill it. They don't tell you when it's in stock. They take days and days to get scripts in and filled. They have refused to tell us if a medicine had even come in. It has taken up to 6 hours to fill a script when they have the medicine on hand. They have messed up my husband's pain meds so bad the insurance is upset and we are going to have to take all our business somewhere else now. We aren't sure he hasn't been shorted pills. I didn't get my ADHD meds for a week and was responsible to call daily to ask if they have come in, but as I said some refuse to check the computer. It's so bizarre. One day the pharmacist and assistant both were so out of it and dropping things my husband thought maybe they had carbon monoxide poisoning or something. This has been so confusing and I don't like to complain but seeing everyone else saying the same thing I figured I may as well. What is going on in that pharmacy?

After repeated attempts to call the pharmacy during their regular business hours and no one answering, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and have had enough. Their app doesn't work well if at all. I scanned a Rx for refill, and it's not listed on the app and no one is answering the phones. I'm done. <end rant>
