I know they work really hard and probably put up with irate , nasty customers but it’s a pity they have to be so curt and gruff to everyone. I’m a nurse with pretty complex medical problems due to ruining my back on the job and raising my medically fragile disabled daughter. They treat me nasty when I try to get my meds on time as if they’re judging me as an addict this last time because I was prescribed anti-anxiety meds after I found out my daughter is dying. I just wish they would be kind.

We have been customers at Kelso Safeway Pharmacy for many years and have
?been treated with nothing but respect. Even if there was a problem, they get right on it and get it as soon as they can. My advice to those that have a problem with them… go to Walmart, you will soon be back at good old Safeway!

Being a Chronic Pain Patient and having to deal with Pharmacy staff that treat you as if you are an addict is not what I would call good customer service. Every Single Month there is one issue or another that prevents me from receiving my medications on the day they are due. This last time, Between my DR. And the Pharmacist going back and forth on the correct or incorrect wording of the Script he wrote for me. I, the patient who has a Cyst in her Spine and will be having Surgery went without ANY pain medication for 3 days! You may think that's no big deal. But it is when you are in excruciating Pain and have been suffering just to have my Dr and Pharmacist play Dodgeball at my expense. My Husband ended up going to Safeway and begging the Pharmacist to please tell us what the problem was so he could get his wife some relief. Just a change in the wording is all that was needed. The Pharmacist chose not to call my Dr nor me. Just simply refused to fill my prescription. How were we supposed to know there was an issue when no call was made to either of us. To make a long story short. Do not use the Kelso Safeway Pharmacy if you are expecting Professional and Compassionate Customer Service. Frankly, they simply could care less!!
