If you are looking to talk to a salesperson in a call center somewhere far away then I recommend you search elsewhere ?”

“I left a voicemail yesterday morning on the answering machine. Later that same day I was called back and spoke to a very nice lady. She was able to answer my questions and reserved the unit that I was wanting to look at, and set up an appointment for the next day.I met her at the front gate perfectly on time, very nice lady. She was happy to show me the unit that was available. I decided not to pursue that particular unit due to its size (I need something much larger). She was very polite and wonderful to work with.I would recommend this place based on the excellent customer service that was provided to me. BTW this is a very clean and very nice storage facility. One of the nicest that I have seen. I definitely will check back periodically to see if the larger spaces have opened up. Thank you!”

“i have 2 10x20' units and 50' of outdoor storage and i feel that hands down this is the only storage facility that i would ever feel comfortable leaving my stuff at. very well lit with a big open space yard. the facility is very well kept. ive been in and out of the office several times paying my bill and whatnot and the 4 people who work there have always been nothing but pleasant to deal with. the full time girl who is there the majority of the time has always been very easy to deal with. great customer service time after time. highly recommended!”

“The woman who helped us was absolutely amazing!! We ended up not having room in one unit so instead of paying for 2 a month which would have been way more expensive she suggested moving everything into one large one. She was friendly and helpful every step of the way even when we weren’t sure we were going to be in town. I highly recommend this storage facility mostly because of the woman who helped us. The units are also very clean and well cared for.”
