Worst mall I've ever stepped foot in. I have no idea how they're still open let alone to pay for the power running the building. THERES NOTHING THERE AT ALL. Close the doors already and turn it in to something that people would actually want to go to

Security hassles me every time I park to go to the gym. I like to sit and drink my coffee ahead of time. They mess with me most of the time.

Nice place to visit different varieties of stores, I especially like Universe in the Clouds for one I love the products they carry and for the second reason I have some of my artwork in there on commission. Three Rivers is a nice quiet mall not so super busy but enough to be able to enjoy the shopping experience.

It's a sad mall. Most stores are never even open no food court. Only good thing is planet fitness. Bath and body works and they play place which is open after 2 which sucks. Really horrible mall.

This place is Destin to die. Every shop was basically closed. It was a ghost town. I only stopped to charge my EV. They need to revive this place bad…..

I actually liked the mall even with it's post apocalyptic feel. I would have loved to have seen it when it was still a place to be. Sadly about 80% of it vacant but the shops that are there are fun to look around at. I especially loved the thrift shop inside
