The lady is never here during open times listed. There is a sign on the desk today (Saturday) that says “will be here from 12:40-1:00 for packages.” It’s 12:51 and she’s not here. She hasn’t showed up. Get more support staff. There’s like 5 of us here waiting for her to show up so we can pick up our packages. Doubt we will get our packages today because she’s never here during open times or stated times that she will be back.

Same as all other reviews! Car broke down 2 extra days due to non delivery! They call it attempted delivery! AMAZON get your delivery contract back! USPS is not qualified! They tried to put a vehicle starter in my mailbox at 719 am. Obviously not the regular letter delivery as that comes at 12pm.

The person who is supposed to deliver my mail will not leave mail where I have repeatedly requested that they leave it. They just leave a pink slip in my mail box saying I was not home. Since they will not put it over my fence or gate, I purchased a special container and wrote instructions to place packages inside. Other delivery services manage to do this but not USPS. I always have to arrange a ride to post office so I can pick up package the next day. This is very inconvenient and should not be necessary. I have been at home each time they have left last 3 pink slips recently. My gate is latched closed as I have three large dogs. The gate to my property will always be latched. I do not leave that gate open for anyone. That would be unsafe for my dogs and possibly for anyone entering the yard without my presence. My mail box is at the road. I do not live there. I live in the house that is located within the fenced yard, at that address.
Although I am handicapped, I could probably manage to go to the gate, which is a couple hundred feet from my entry door, if the driver honked or something, but it should not be necessary that I do that. I have no way of knowing when they are coming to deliver or write one of their pink slips. That is why I purchased the container for them to use, as they can reach it from outside the gate.it will hold a large box and has a lid to protect packages from the rain. I have had previous mail delivery persons who followed directions. She told me that detailed delivery instructions are always on the other side of the page with my address on it. She suggested that the person trying to deliver package is apparently just not bothering to look. If I knew delivery time I could possibly place a chair down at the road and wait for a package, but since USPS is the only delivery service that has a problem delivering a package to me, I decided to try one more appeal that any box addressed to me be placed in the receptacle I purchased for that purpose. I don’t get that many packages and this is not that big of a deal to just lift the lid and put a box inside. Probably easier then filling out the pink slips. Thank you.

This brings me no joy, having to give oneStar to my local usps, but after multiple packages getting soaked, why is it so difficult for the carrier to walk a couple more steps to the door, where it’s visibly dry? At a certain point it’s almost malicious, going to go in and talk to postmaster and hopefully change this to a 5 star afterwards, but I’ll leave it for now.

The postmaster does not care about being polite or being respectful to customers. If this was a private business it would fail in a week.

Ryan's poor attitude by paying music and not caring is why they'll be getting some calls

I would give 5 stars, but it's pretty frustrating that there isn't a direct number to talk with the USPS that I know has my package. Going through the automated 1-800 number is so frustrating!! If I have a question only the staff at this specific location can answer... but I can't reach them because there isn't a direct number. ? not cool.

They stupidly delivered my new phone to the apartment main office on a Saturday (not my mailbox or front door) and now I can't retrieve it until Monday

The person who delivers our mail has skipped our house several times if he doesn't have mail for us but I have had mail waiting to be picked up that is time sensitive several time's. I understand they have quite the work load but picking up our mail is part of the job right? Or do we all now need to take all outgoing mail to the post office...?

The folks that work here are awesome! They're friendly, efficient and personable.
There is rarely a long wait at this Post Office, it's well maintained and parking is a breeze.
