Just opened a safety locker box with Mak and had a seamless experience! He was kind and professional! He even helped make sure everything fit and went well!It’s under construction so I was concerned as first, but make put me at ease and took care of all my needs!

I feel cheated when I can not get anyone at BofA to answer the phone to answer my questions. I have been a loyal customer since 1972. Shame on you BofA.

This Location continues to Post a Day it will be open, then is not open on that day. They should Post that it is Temporarily Closed until it is actually Open for Business!!! Not a Happy Camper!!!

I came here to try and exchange some cash for pesos. I was informed that they do not have pesos on hand and I will need to complete the order online. I made sure to ask the teller if this would work for me as I only have a credit card with BoA, not a checking or savings and she assured me that it would be fine and they would credit my account. I left and tried to order my currency online and got the error message that because I only have a credit card I need to order in person at the bank, so now I have to go back. I would expect the employees to know these policies better and not waste time. I did feel as if the teller was trying to get rid of me and have my complete things online, which could have been why she didn't look into my problem or questions about exchange further

If I can give this place 0.001 stars, I will definitely rate it. Most of the google review of BOA is very low, I think maybe people nowadays are too picky or sensitive, but I realized that gotta be some reasons until today.Situations: We got rejected by the BOA KENMORE due to regularly using bills to exchange coins without having a business account. And let my husband waited about 55 minutes, and do-nothings (manager there, a few employees there)First of all, can you guys tell me where to find the rules saying that the customer who has BOA checking , saving , joint account can not exchange bills to coins just because he does not has a business account.Or tell me how many times you can provide me this service every month?you know, all of my family members use BOA account, if each of them can get a box of the quarter using $500 bills, you are gonna do this job 3 times a week. Or I still can ask my friends who has BOA account to do this favor for me if you are gonna provide this service one time for one person.If you read your job description and know your job duty, all you need to do is make a phone call to reserve it for your customers, and walk to the save with the manager. But the fact shows that you do not do your job well, or you are just being lazy or ignore the customer who does not have a business account. I do not know whether this manager (I do not know his name) deserves his pay or not. He helps the company lost customers. I know BOA is a large enterprise, but to be honest, your company should learn something from Costco and Starbucks about what is customer services. At least most of the reviews from the customers are good.Secondly, Can the manager at BOA Kenmore tell your customer that you will be back about 40 minutes due to having the lunch break, not just let your customer sit there about 55 minutes without informing anything? Check your camera, you will know the number----55 is a real number. You can reject your service immediately, you can keep informing us, but not this way. Let me give you an example: You waiter forgot to put your order in after 55 minutes, and you are starving... Time is precious, especially my husband needs to take care of his old and sick mom. And you just do your job as slow as you can. Work needs efficiency, man.Finally, to the BOA, your business really need to listen to your customers. or other banks like JP Morgan will beat you. To the BOA Kenmore staff, I do not blame other employees except the manager. You do not deserve this job title and the salary.Bad services, horrible services. Do not expect services if you do not have a business account because you are poor just because you do not have a business account on them. A Business Account........hehe

I live in Kenmore, but regularly use the B of A branch down the road in Lake Forest Park. Several things over the years led me to do this and I will not take up space here recounting them.

I don't usually leave bad reviews unless I have to. The two stars are for the wonderful employees. And no star is for the manager. For being so unorganized, and ever so slightly passive aggressive.

Walked into this branch on Friday 10/11/19 at 1:15 in the afternoon. The entire building was vacant. No customers. No employees. Nobody in any of the glass offices. Nobody behind the counter. Waited a couple of minutes and finally yelled "hello". I think we annoyed the two employees who finally came out of the back room by making them go back to work. Told the (male) teller we wanted to rent a safe deposit box. He checked our account and told me we didn't have a safe deposit box. I agreed and again told him we wanted to rent a safe deposit box. He yelled across to one of the glass offices to the female employee (Emma?) who yelled back saying she couldn't help us because she had an appointment at 1:30. There were no more appointments available that day, and none the next day (Saturday). I think the teller was more annoyed than we were (but I'm sure he was annoyed because we broke up the back-room meeting when we came in). He rudely suggested we come back on a different day. We turned and walked out saying that wasn't going to happen. Thoroughly unimpressed with these two rude and unprofessional "bankers". (What were they doing in the back room?)
