“I was recently in need of new tubes and tires for my bike and without an appointment they were able to fit me in. As always, the service was prompt, professional, and super friendly. While I waited they changed out the tubes and tires and actually gave me some free product that had been previously donated to the shop. I offered to pay for it, but they said they wanted to pass it forward. I've bought 2 bikes from them over the years and I will continue to use them exclusively. I drive past 3 other bike shops to get to this one and I'd drive past a dozen more if I had to. Don't use anyone else. This bike shop is simply the best!!!”

I have used their rebuild kits to keep my wife's old 10 speed Campagnolo shifters like new. I just had them re build the rear derailleur. It was out and back to Dallas in a week. I have talked to them on the phone and they have been nothing but helpful and polite”

“My S3 was not working, it was showing a battery error and was not staying on. Despite there being no service appointments available online until October (more than 2 months out), I decided to bring by bike to the store on Sunday and see if they could do anything for me.They were nice about it, and said they could take it early and to expect it back in 5-7 days. They ended up servicing it the next day, and around 24 hours after dropping it off, I was able to ride my bike out of the store, working as well as ever! Great service from the team at this store!”
“I brought in my skis after getting a small scratch in the bottom. They epoxied the scratch and did a full wax/tune of my skis too. They said it would take about 4-5 days and my skis were ready within 3. My skis felt great after the wax and I really feel like I got my monies worth between the patching of the scratch and the wax job. It was more on the expensive side.. $95, $104 after taxes.. BUT they did a great job so I think it was worth it. Definitely check them out if you need help with caring for your skis.”
