“I needed an obscure tire for a folding bike, after calling at least 5 shops Harvy had what I needed! What a nice and helpful man Harvy is. Thank you for saving my upcoming trip by getting my bike on the road!”

“For a large bike store, they are very helpful to all levels of experience. From the 5 year old to the 70 year old. From the bike path to the racer. They are one of the good business that help you....”

“Love this shop! I wrench on my own bikes and stop in for a part from time to time. I *usually* know what I'm talking about, but they really know what's up and are friendly and helpful when I'm fuzzy on details/out of my depth.”

“Best customer service I have received in multiple times. Whither the Everett store or SilverLake store, the employees have been trained to understand how to greet and serve their clients in a non pressure way. They are experts in the products and know how to explain their strengths and weaknesses. I recommend this business to everyone.”

“Great customer service and really reasonable prices for servicing. I bought an e-bike online and needed to have it assembled. They not only took care of it same day, but were also less expensive than the other shops I called. They were also super friendly and easy to work with.”

“We recently stopped at Gregg's to get help rebuilding a 16 years old Giant FCR1 bike. The staff at Gregg's was very helpful explaining which parts we would need and how to install them ourselves. With that we were able to rebuild our bike using the parts and advice we received at Gregg's and saving several hundred dollars along the way. As a backup plan we had the helpful staff of Gregg's that we could fallback to for help, but luckily we didn't need to.Actually, a few weeks after rebuilding the bike we took it to Gregg's to get new pedals installed and while at it, Andreas at Gregg's service department, double checked our work and corrected a few minor mistakes, all without extra charge! We should mention that another bike store that we consulted before going to Gregg's suggested that buying a new bike would make more sense as rebuilding would cost as much as buying a new one!”

“I brought in my skis after getting a small scratch in the bottom. They epoxied the scratch and did a full wax/tune of my skis too. They said it would take about 4-5 days and my skis were ready within 3. My skis felt great after the wax and I really feel like I got my monies worth between the patching of the scratch and the wax job. It was more on the expensive side.. $95, $104 after taxes.. BUT they did a great job so I think it was worth it. Definitely check them out if you need help with caring for your skis.”
