I waited at the ski rental counter for almost twenty minutes without being acknowledged by any of the four employees I saw working. I ended up leaving without being helped. Perhaps I was at fault and should have queued at the point-of-sale counter instead? If so, they should clarify where customers needing ski rentals should wait. I'm giving it two stars because the place was clean and organized.

Fantastic service, everything from basic tune-ups to rebuilding wheels! Support your local bike shop and be courteous, clean your bike before you take it in and don’t expect miracles the day before a major event. The shop is fantastic, I’ve had some cases where they were able to sort me out on the spot, which was great, but don’t expect that, some fixes require parts and quite a bit of time to complete.

Stopped by Bothell Ski & Bike for a more comfortable seat and gloves for my road bike. While their cycling gear selection is small, I found exactly what I needed.
The shop offers new adult bikes and skis, along with a few used children's bikes, and provides repair services. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, making it a great local spot for essentials.
If you're not after a huge selection, this place works perfectly!

These guys are excellent - great prices, service and responsiveness. Greg quickly answered my questions and sold me a Pivot E-Vault at an excellent price. And never had a biked packed so well. Then Greg tracked down a spare battery for the Fazua drive system, which are difficult to find.

They saved my bacon by fixing my twisted chain a few minutes after they closed today. Super nice guys and great attitude. They wouldn't take my money either. I was impressed in their desire to build a relationship for later. I'll be back!

After buying a bike second hand the shop was able to tune it up to my liking. I purchased some pedals, a pump, and some new grip tape here also. They were able to work on my bike as soon as I dropped it off and I waited in store while they fixed it up. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Truly the best! These guys know their stuff! They did an exceptional job building a mountain bike for me. I got a very fair price but it’s their service after the sale that keeps me coming back for all my bike and ski needs. Excellent mechanics! Excellent service! Just all around the best experience I’ve had at a shop. I will purchase all my bikes and ski equipment from them. I’ve referred my clients and friends to Bothell and I always get thanked for pointing them to the best shop around!
