The director does not communicate with parents at all. I found out days after the fact from my nearly 3 year old that she had been moved to a developmentally inappropriate infant classroom. There were a few good teachers but all of left and now the quality of care is appalling.

The school used to be okay, but every good teach my child has had has left within 2-6 months. Now that the last good teacher has left and they haven't been replaced, the quality of care has gone rapidly downhill and is completely developmentally inappropriate. There is no communication from the director. Do not send your child here.

Amazing teachers and staff! Our son (21 months old) loves going to CC everyday and never stops talking about his teachers. The indoor play area is fantastic (and huge) and so important during our rainy weather. The school is always very clean and orderly. The school routine is great and our son is always having the best time when we pick him up. Couldn't be happier having found CC.

Our daughter has been attending Columbia Crest for about a month and has adapted beautifully. This is her first time being cared for outside our home, so this was a big deal for us. She loves her teachers, who genuinely care for the children who attend. The space is well designed and utilized with two large indoor spaces for kids to play when they can’t outside. There is also a great playground area, and they offer Spanish and music every week. They have lots of tuition options. They have also been able to keep children and staff healthy through out COVID-19 and we feel confident about their cleaning practices. We have been very happy and would recommend to other families!

Our son (now in Kindergarten) attended Columbia Crest for 3 years. He went 5 days a week and also attended both before and after-care. Our family had a wonderful experience with CC. While there was some turnover for office staff and before/after care staff, our son had the same classroom teacher (Ms. New) for all 3 years, and she was phenomenal. Our son was by no means an 'easy' child to care for, and he along with his group of preschool buddies would have been difficult for many to deal with, but Ms. New (and the other staff) handled their shenanigans with aplomb. It was so cool watching our son learn the skills to be independent and a critical thinker during his time at CC. He's one of the most well-prepared students in his class now that he's in Kindergarten. We just had another child and when she's old enough, we plan to have her attend Columbia Crest as well.
