Erik has essentially removed knee pain from my life! As a novice cyclist/racer for months I thought knee pain was just part of the sport, nothing seemed to fix it and I experienced it on all my bikes. Erik has adjusted and prescribed me workouts that have essentially eliminated it completely! Wish I would’ve gone sooner!
