Coaches are very kind and always give tips on how to improve my lifts. The community is wonderful, everyone encourages, pushes and cheers for each other. Overall, I highly recommend this gym!

Great location near the Burke Gilman Trail with a fantastic community of patrons and coaches, welcoming of all fitness levels. Have definitely enjoyed my 2-ish years here.

Amazing gym with a wonderful community. I started CrossFit (and lifting) for the first time last year, and the coaches are so helpful in helping me with my form and learning the proper movements. It’s a place where you’re welcome regardless of your fitness level. I highly recommend this gym.
