The clerk was very impatient. Being impatient when I was choosing balloons, and telling me that there was no one on the shelf when I wanted 1 birthday balloon, this is deception! I don't think I'll go back.

In the know says; YES ,for their Customer Service at Dollartree because they have very friendly staff and special smiles even after all the long hard hours they put in,with so much excellent replenishing of the store supplies and food or beverage items.However the lines can be congested but not too long of a wait...try the birthday balloons!!!!

Very rude, very uncomfortable, store was a mess and bare, and Employee refused and lied about Ballon policy.. they were for a deceased family member.. no respect and no morals. WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Love going to this store for how fantastic the staff are here- especially Sinight (I’m sure I’m spelling this wrong, sorry about that!). She is ALWAYS so helpful, kind & just genuinely seems happy. She single handed has made this my favorite store - even through I have a few different dollar trees closer to me!

I stopped at this location as it was close to the Kidd Valley where I had lunch. Nothing special about it, but I did find what I was looking for (and a few things I didn't need! But that happens every time I go to a Dollar Tree). The place wasn't too bad. I liked the location as it was easy to get to (almost right next door to Kenmore Lanes) and the store wasn't neat and tidy, but Dollar Trees never are. I had gotten in line and was about to check out when a glance at an item the woman in front of me had sparked a reminder that I had forgotten something. So I got out of line and went to get my items. At that time there was only one person checking people out, so I figured I'd have to stand in line again. Luckily as I headed for the original line, another employee called me over to her line and checked me out. I was very appreciative of that. I don't live near here, so chances are very slim that I'll be back but should I need anything and I'm in the area, I'll pay another visit.

This store sucks. The employees are lazy. When you ask for help they are not helpful. The store is dirty and nothing is stocked.

What a DISGRACE the Kenmore Dollar Tree is .. a embarrassment to the city of Kenmore. Unclean, Unstocked. asked if they were closing,, said no,, asked why store is such a mess.. no answer.. Went to Woodinville Dollar Tree ,, clean, well stocked, pleasure to shop in, Wont be back to Kenmore,,

I had the most horrible experience at Kenmore Dollar Tree at 1640 hours today. All I wanted was a copy of my receipt. I work retail and printing a receipt should not be a big deal. The person said it could take 2 minutes, 2 hours, or never. It was never that made me ask why and then for a corporate number or a manager who could help. Turns out she was the manager and did not know anyone else, that information or how to get it. If she had said as a good manager would, I'll take your name and number, find out so I know too and I will call you. Then all would have been better. Instead the manager escalated the situation making accusations of words that I never said in a loud tone of voice as she was walking away and would not give me her name for my information. Next step they had the police visit me. I ended up a no trespass for a year. I asked the officer what can I do as this is a false statement claiming that I caused a disturbance when it was the manager doing all the taking in raised voice. I was the person who was embarrassed as the recipient and the customer of her horrible demeanor. Really nothing one can do to respond. I can do is share. So beware of the manager. Lies or not you can file these things. However, I was told this happens quite often at this store, That said , again be careful of this manager. She can turn nasty fast and claim it's your fault. These are the events as I remember them.
