He understands that as Harborstone’s ambassador, that he is the main link between his bank’s bricks-and-mortar and his customers. Darrel gained my trust based upon his actions during visit by my partner and me. He was cool, calm and well-collected. He was laser focused on what I wanted done. I wanted to open a special account on the final day of Harborstone’s promotion.His attention to detail was important given all the required paperwork.
