“I am long years customer of US Bank. I can tell I am served by dedicated, passionate, professional employees. My and my family needs are handled every time with attention and personal approach. It's valid for all branches we visited Kenmore, WA, two branches- in downtown Kirkland and on 100th ,Bellevue Crossroads office, etc.The one star I saved is for some type of fees, but it's US Bank centralized policy. I am sure the local branches' staff is doing great job to offer best practices and rates.”
