I had to get my front bumper replaced and in terms of timing, fix auto was great and completed in a timely manner. I received updates with my car progress and had no issues with drop off or pick up. However, I noticed that when I picked up my car that my front bumper did not seem to be inserted correctly. On one side, it noticeably sticks out whereas on the other side it does not. I was pretty disappointed when I saw that.

Had some bumper damage repaired here. They kept me informed every step of the way and the car was ready when they said it would be. Also my car didn't have any bad odor inside as I've had happen at other shops.

Fix Auto in Kenmore has wonderful customer service! My husband and I were recently in an accident where our car was deemed a total loss, and they stayed in communication with us through the whole assessment and evaluation process, keeping my mind at ease through a challenging time. They were so kind, and very good at explaining what was going on day-to-day to keep us updated.

They went above and beyond by having my work done earlier than promised despite snow delaying parts being delivered. Very accommodating throughout the process from estimate to pickup with text updatea.
I was also pleasantly surprised to drive off in a car cleaner than my car's ever been.

Great staff. Efficient, organized, and professional. The side mirror was ripped off in an unfortunate altercation with a mailbox. They painted the replacement, exact match. They reattached the mirror within 24 hours. Strongly recommend.
