The and haircut experience and salon was just fine. I understand a la carte services, but in addition to a trim - I wanted a shampoo and blow dry. $10 extra for shampoo... Eh okay. But then they quoted me $50 extra to blow dry my hair with a round brush. What the "h e double hockey sticks"? That's high end salon prices there ($24+$10+$50 + tip for a cut, shampoo and blow dry)...the stylist blow dried my hair with a comb and it was a frizzy finish.
Definitely underwhelming, will not return

Yuri is the best, she literally got everything perfectly crafted in terms of my haircut.
Countless other barbers/stylists in the past decade have free-wheeled, did their own thing, or even went rogue and ruined my haircuts or left them awfully incomplete.
Not Yuri, she knows exactly how to do everything perfectly.
Yuri is a Master and the best, and there is none better.

The last two times I went here for a haircut, both the stylists did not do what I wanted. I showed a picture of my preferred haircut and asked for a taper fade. Stylists cut it too short. When I asked the second stylist why she was cutting that short, she stated that was what a skin fade was. I have never had any stylist cut that short for a taper. Especially when I show a picture of what I wanted.

The lady did not listen to anything I said. My son hair looks like Larry from dumb and dumber. When I asked her to fix she acted like she was doing me a favor and she did not do anything. I would not recommend you go here super unacceptable.

Ruby, at the Kenmore Safeway, gives me the best haircuts I've had in my 77 years. I still have a full head of hair and Ruby cuts it to perfection every time. I hope she stays at our location forever.

Never visiting the saloon again.I Rather pay twice at a barbers store than visit Great clips.They didn’t even ask how I want my hair cut they just started trimming randomly. The hair cut ended up being patchy and it is definitely not worth the 29$ I spent.It was not a one off situation, I’ve seen other customers disappointed with their service as well while i was in the store.I had a great impression about Great Clips back in Kansas but i don’t even want to try it ever again.

don't waste your time. Had to go to Supercuts to get my hair fixed. Ended up spending almost 75$ in total haircuts because whoever was working here didn't know what they were doing

If I could give minus stars from our visit today, I absolutely would. I brought my 15-year-old in for a haircut. My son stylist did not understand what he wanted the first time… So my 15-year-old son self advocated and said no I wanted a little bit more.When I came back to pay for the haircut, “Lily” said that she “should” charge us for four haircuts, but was only going to charge us for two haircuts….. She only helped my son equals one haircut. $64 dollars later she tried to blame my 15 year old son for her misunderstanding of what he wanted.When I came in for the payment, she was incredibly rude. She mentioned that it took her an hour. My son, however, divulged once we got to our car that she was unprepared and uneducated in what she was doing. He said that she had to consistently go and borrow tools from her colleagues, because she did not have the tools at her workstation.I will never come back to this location ever again. Not only did she treat my kid like he was Incompetent when it’s her job to know what her clients are wanting in the first place… But then she continued to make it sound like she was doing me a favor by not charging me for four haircuts. She was only going to charge me for two haircuts. SHE ONLY CUT MY KIDS HAIR- not 2 clients. 1So we ended up paying $65 for a buzz cut.The WORST experience ever!

When you sign in on-line you know if there is a 5,10, or longer wait, so you can arrive and know that ,you will not be waiting. I was called as soon I gave my name. The lady that cut my hair knew what I wanted and cut my hair exactly like I wanted it.
