He's a crook. Review was very clear about what was required to file. All sources of income provided with complicated tax situations presented. He provided a very clear estimate but still goes way over the estimate and then has the audacity to blame us for not representing our tax situation properly in the initial review. YET never once stopped to say any of this was new information to him. Just sends an exorbitant bill we were not ready for.This was all just for two W2's and some minor self employment income.Turbotax got us the same refund for 1/10 the price to file.

Over the past couple of years, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with Janet Warnick at Huddleston Tax CPAs - she is a gem! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us with easy-to-understand explanations whenever we had questions. She also gave us great advice for future years/returns. If any of my WA friends ever want to change to a different CPA, I highly recommend Janet at Huddleston Tax CPAs.

He claims he has all these locations around the eastside. It’s a scam. He has one tiny office in Kenmore and that’s all. And he works under the table. So talk about screwing paying your taxes

I had contacted Huddleston Tax CPAs to schedule an appointment to receive tax guidance. Jim Gianelli returned my phone call to inquire about my needs and he willingly provided me with so much unexpected guidance. He felt there was no need for me to pay a CPA to address my concerns. I am so grateful for Jim and his kindness.

I do not recommend this company unless you want to get swindled.I contacted this company to file taxes, and after emailing and going over everything needed, they confirmed the range of their fees would be about $400. I later got a bill that was 3x the amount. They also took twice as long as they said it would take. They claimed my taxes were complicated, despite the fact we went over my tax filing situation before starting.

Jim was incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure I understood all my options in a particularly unusual situation. He has the best intentions for his client in mind. Prepared 2020 personal tax return. Profoundly disappointed. Charged us 2.5x what I'd expect and wanted us to sign a return with major errors. After we rejected it, they corrected the mistakes so we went from $12k OWED to $3k REFUND. I shudder to think that we might have trusted them, especially when their bill was shockingly high. Oh, and communication was abysmal. Didn't say anything for weeks and when I insisted on an update 3 days before filing deadline, they just sent the signature request (with erroneous $12k owed amount) - no explanation, no remarks, just a standard "please sign and return" and oh yeah here's our excessive preparation fee on top of it. Once my fury subsides this will be a great story, about how our accountants tried to make us give away $15k but a little bit of skepticism saved it. smh.
