I'm so glad I found this shop! Dan was friendly and helpful, and the staff quickly identified the source of two separate issues with my car and had it fixed before the end of the day. Going to this shop felt like a breath of fresh air and a totally different experience after years of going to the big corporate dealerships. The Kenmore Automotive staff are honest and committed to quality vehicle repair and great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Dear Owner Spenser, Just want to tell you that Dan is the best! My story starts this morning: a battery warning light in my green Honda Pilot was on unexpectedly. I stopped at Kenmore Automotive for help. Unfortunately all schedules have been booked til next Thursday (from computer screen). Just about to leave the shop, Dan did an extra step by asking around. Fortunately a technician can help me to fix the problem in this afternoon (replacing an alternator). Think about it: Dan doesn’t need to do an extra work for me, but he did. It is because of his kindness, resulting a Win- Win. Customer is happy and also it is good for your business. I really thank Dan for his help and am appreciate your high quality work. From the first call I made to get my old junker of a car in, the team was super kind, honest, and made the whole process easy. Best auto shop I've ever worked with. They told me what needed to be done & what was optional, which I appreciated a lot.
I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars but I even thought the price I paid was incredibly reasonable. I'll be recommending them to any of my friends that need some auto work done.

I ❤️ Kenmore Auto! They always do great work, are knowledgeable about all mechanical issues and have decent prices! I dealt with a lot of mechanics/ shops and KA makes auto maintenance and repairs a smooth, no-stress experience. I wish other companies would have a customer service as good as KA!

Myzzer rodent exclusion has been using Kenmore automotive for 15 years to keep our service trucks on the road. Spencer runs a great shop that is fair and fast. Can't recommend Kenmore Automotive enough! In a world where great service is hard to find it's important to support people that do great work. Thanks again.

Spencer and his team have done various work on two of my vehicles, and I have had a positive experience with him every time. He is prompt in communication regarding scheduling appointments and verifying the work that needs done, and communicating costs. An honest auto repair business with honest prices that I am glad to have found.

I have taken several cars there and have always had straight forward honest service from them. On occasion, I have even brought my own parts and they simply charged me for the labor to install them. Good guys all around.

Spencer and his team do amazing work. They are professional, quick to get you in, and fair with their prices.
I have been bringing my vehicles there for around 5 years now and Spencer has been more than fair every time. Whether they are working on a brand new vehicle or a lemon, they always treat you with full respect and tell you exactly what you need to hear (no upselling).
