I attempted to use liberty tax service today for the first time, I scheduled an appointment online the day I scheduled the appointment I received 2 confirmation text messages and the day of my appointment I received a confirmation text messages and 1 email confirmation. I arrived at 7:20pm for my 7:30pm appointment and no one was there so I called the number provided in the confirmation text and was advised they went home for the night (hours posted says they close at 8pm) because no one knew I was scheduled for an appointment that they confirmed via text 3x and email 1x. After waiting on hold for 5min I was told someone was on the way and than and than she hung up on.... a few seconds later I got a call from the young lady who hung up on me because she wanted to know if I was going to wait. Absolutely not! If the service is this bad before Iam able to walk in the door I can't imagine how horrible it's going to be once I do.
