Beautiful little pocket park at the north end of Lake Washington. Ample parking, restrooms, swimming beach, kyak rentals, snacks. I came here off-season. Lots of waterfowl activity. Bald eagles & herons.

The newly renovated park is really well made. Nice spot to hang out . It tends to not get a lot of sun in the evenings so you can get good shaded spots here. Great place to relax in the middle of a long bike ride

Sadly, I must give this place two stars. It is a beautiful park that we couldn't enjoy. It is not wheelchair accessible if using public transit. The bus stop drops you off, but the option is very steep hill down to the area. It was not ADA accessible or safe to go down, denying us access to the area.
Please mark this route as inaccessible on the digital map as well as the entrance area from the bus stop, and I hope for that to be considered in the future so everyone can enjoy it without needing personal vehicle transportation. If there is an accessible entrance from the Metro to the park, please mark that on Google Maps and/or at the bus stop.

Nice park that has been remodeled but parking is a joke. Very little parking available.

During summer there is an outfit that remts kayaks, canooes, paddle boards, bikes etc. Nice launching spot.

This is is an excellent stop when biking the Burke, or if you need a space to just picnic and relax.

Clean. Parking fills up fast. Access to Burke Gilman is good.
